Stopped to get the $5 breakfast and they wanted upcharge for egg and to change coffee to soda. Didn’t have that problem at a location in Crofton a week ago. Won’t patronize this one. The cashier person was very nice though

Last week I ordered 2 $7.00 meals, when I got home, they weren’t in the bag. There was no answer on the phone when I tried to get through nor would the online rating system allow me to comment. Fast Forward to today. I went back to the location, ordered the exact same meal, explained to Ms. Agabi, what happened and she immediately replaced the food with a smile. She took care of the situation immediately without any problems and made my day.

Literally, the rudest McDonald’s I’ve ever encountered. The girl working the drive-through window has no business dealing with the public. I have never come across a more apathetic person at a fast food restaurant and that’s a big statement. At this point in the world you come to expect it but when somebody is so bad that it prompt you to write a negative review that says something.

This location is needs to shut down and regroup! Incompetence at its best. Ordered a bagel with cheese- mobile order. Gave my code at drive thru. Asked to pull forward and someone will bring it to me. TEN minutes later; no sandwich. Worker brings out a heavy bag, just shoves and walks off. I open it and it is a fully loaded bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. I jump out and tell the lady to take the order back and give her my receipt. I just need a bagel with cheese. She has the audacity to ask: whats wrong with that sandwich, why don’t you want it? Sauce? You aren’t the cook; nor the manager so I am confused. So now I have to follow her in and give my receipt and wrong order to the manager. I go back to my vehicle. And the MANAGER to make my last 20 minutes worth it, brings me a burnt bagel and says: you wanted WELL DONE right?! What the actual unprofessional lying foolishness is this?!

If you ever want to visit the worlds worst McDonald’s. Go here. I mean this whole heartily when I said I will drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to a different McDonald’s. I don’t think this McDonald’s has ever gotten my order right. My breakfast burritos are never warm in the middle. There is always an item missing. I’ve mobile ordered and they were out of something I mobile ordered and just didn’t replace it or say anything when they brought my order. My boyfriend ordered a cinnamon roll tonight and they forgot it of course. So he drove back around and they gave him a cold cinnamon roll. And we’re literally so rude about it. One night I tried to call because something was messed up and they took the phone off the hook. I’ve contacted corporate, the manager, nothing ever gets done. It’s ridiculous. Save your self the time and money and go to a different McDonald’s. Picture of the cinnamon roll. Boyfriend tried to grab it and the guy smashed it in his hand.

The DAY crew is usually excellent (faster service, order correct, food fresher etc)…. But the evening/night crew…….omg. Employees are so rude and unprofessional. A bunch of children running the place and handling your food.
I know it’s “just McDonald’s” but be very careful at this location, the amount of times I have received undercooked, or old food is insane.
Service is sooooo slow. They will get your order wrong or miss a item from your order.

There were flies all in the male restroom and an BUG on the service trays ,the bug eventually disappears in between the trays . The attitudes of an few workers were sarcasm bad vibes. They acted like they didn’t want to be at work. I seriously doubt if I ever eat there again or share this location to anyone as an good place to eat. After I’ve already eaten, I went to order an apple pie then I noticed the bug OH IT MADE ME FEEL TERRIBLE TO KNOW THAT BUGS ARE ALL IN THIS FACILITY …. Make sure you blow the pictures up so that you can see the bug
