Come in on my lunch break order done shrimp scampi. It was cold. The shrimp was kind of warm and I didn’t have time to order something else. I’ll order a sweet tea as well. They forgot to put sugar in the tea. It wasn’t that many people in there it was like a total of like 10 maybe 15 and they messing up with people like that just imagine if they had a full house. The only thing I ate was the shrimp cause it was warm the sweet tea little beautiful with no sugar and I paid $48 for this meal ridiculous, but my server was nice

The service was okay overall, but there were a few hiccups. Our server seemed hesitant to take my finished plate-even after I asked twice-which felt a bit inattentive. The strawberry lemonade (ordered with no ice) arrived at room temperature, which was disappointing.
My deconstructed chicken kebab was decent in flavor, though the dish was crowded with oversized chunks of vegetables and only a small portion of rice tucked underneath.
Overall, the experience was fine, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

We have not been here in years. We decided to try them out and really enjoyed the food we ordered. The Bourbon glazed Salmon and Creole Tilapia were cooked very well and delicious. The table and window area of our seating was a little dirty. The bathroom had some broken things too. The server was very attentive and friendly. I will definitely try them out again.

My friend and I frequent this establishment and take our time and never feel pressured to leave. our usual server Bridget remembers us and provides us with excellent service. Today our service was assumed by Justin. He took over our service and was a very responsive server. He made sure my friend and I had a ride after seeing several empty glasses on the table. He was very respectful, very courteous and my friend and I enjoyed his attentiveness to service and concern for safety. give this man a raise!

I love Bridget. She along with the other staff is always friendly and a pleasure to talk with. The food is great and prepared in a timely fashion. My favorite is the salad bar. I always get the salad bar it stocked and the ingredients are fresh. I have never had to wait on anything. Very efficient and very clean. I eat out a lot and Ruby Tuesday is my favorite by far !!!

So we gave them a try again tonight. Unfortunately, it will probably be the last time. The server did not want to be at work and it showed. I had my drink refilled 3 times and I always felt as it was an inconvenience. The place was slow, but they felt the need to put all 3 tables (different groups of 4 or less) all in the same corner of the building. Out of sight out of giving customer service. I watched all three tables (including mine) have to get up and walk over to the bar area to ask for their servers. Unfortunately this location is headed for a closer at this rate. This is Lexington SC, born and raised here, we still want customer service, service with a smile.
As for the food, it came out fast and was decent. Ketchup with my fries would have been nice, but yet you never checked on us to ask our needs.
This place might need to close or retrain staff and let the Lexington Community know they need a 2nd chance. If not, lock the doors, someone who cares and believes in customer service will gladly take that prime location.
Sorry to leave a negative review, but tonight was absolutely horrible. (PS the super bowl hadn’t even started yet) so please dont say its because you wanted to watch the game.

Came in with my fiance for dinner a few nights ago, we tried the $60 valentines dinner for 2 special. I got the salmon, he got the seafood pasta, both were prepared perfectly and delicious. The salad bar was also good, very clean and lots of options. We also got the strawberry cheesecake for dessert, the serving was very generous!! The highlight of our experince was our server, Justin L. He was very courteous, answered all of our questions and made sure we were having a lovely dinner!

Absolutely outstanding service from Parker! He went above and beyond to make sure every order was correct and exactly how we wanted it. He was attentive without being overbearing, caught details that could’ve easily been missed, and handled everything with a great attitude. On top of that, he kept the atmosphere fun and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. It’s rare to find someone who’s both so detail-oriented and genuinely enjoyable to be around. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have Parker as our server again!
