The lady who took my order yesterday was rather rude. I placed my order and sat down. While I was waiting I looked at my receipt. It said egg McMuffin. I thought I ordered a sausage McMuffin. I went to the counter and said I ordered a sausage McMuffin. She replied no, you ordered an egg McMuffin. I replied I meant to order a sausage McMuffin and could she change it. She took the receipt and showed the person in back saying she ordered an egg McMuffin then whispered the rest of what she was saying. The man in back looked at me and began to change the order. She handed me the bag and said he made the order right. I realize the mistake was probably mine, but I would have appreciated her being nicer in speaking to me.

Every single time I come to this location, I am blown away by the customer service!
Each associate is PHENOMENAL! Lovely personalities!! Kind words!! Every single visit!! It doesnt matter what day of the week or time of day.
Everyone is always busting their butt’s to me sure everything is perfect, down to the smallest detail.
I know without a shadow of a doubt if, that if I’m stopping here. I will be greeted, treated and fed with the utmost respect and care.
Inside and out is always clean and smells good.
Now with that being said, today’s visit was extra awesome. We used the order kiosk but dined in. Wyatt was at the front counter 😀 Greeting everyone, walking out dine in orders, coming out into the dining room to check on everyone’s experience. Booming positive energy, everyone could feel it Right before we left he came out again to check on us and I asked to get his name. We told him how amazing the experience was today.
Shout out to the hiring person because you know exactly who good people are.
Also, shout out to the management on staff because if you’ve got a bad manager, it shows with team members. But with the experiences I’ve had here, that doesn’t seem like the case.
AMAZING, FABULOUS, PHENOMENAL, AWESOME, STUPENDOUS JOB YOU GUYS!! Keep doing what your doing!! Im so happy to see again group of people working so well together ❤️ The positivity shows through and It sticks on people when they come in.
I know it might not seem like much to you guys because you see so many people in a shift but it means the world to me and im sure many others.

Do better please. Ranch Snack-wraps, Chicken had to be from yesterday’s heat lamp. Otherwise everyone was very friendly and polite. 1 star though for the dry unedidible chicken.

The service at McDonald’s has become even more trash in recent years seemingly to match their food. The costomer is pushed to use the stupid kiosk and employees and trained to give trash service. Treat your employees with dignity so that they are curious with costumers. I hope this place goes out of business.

One of my favorite McDonald’s. Always seems like I have the best chance of getting hot food at this location.i change my rating the bathrooms haven’t been cleaned and at least a month and every table was dirty and it took me 20 minutes to get my food because I came inside trash cans all full. No paper towels in the bathroom since covid shutdown they have improved there inside

I wish I knew her name but I ordered an ice coffee inside while they were absolutely slammed everyone was working hard to get food out I was waiting a while for just an iced coffee and they didn’t have to but offered me cookies for the wait. It’s the little things that can make a persons day great place to get food.

I usually love coming to this McDonald’s, and I actually used to work for McDonald’s myself out in North Carolina. So I know how the fries are supposed to be filled. If I wanted a medium fry, I would’ve asked for a medium. My fries are almost half empty.

Always “pull up and wait”. Several times, I ordered breakfast burritos, only to be told they were out. A couple of times, the burritos were cold. Then this last time, the burritos were no bigger than the sauce packets that come with them! Ridiculous!

First of all I ordered a double cheeseburger and large coke. I received and was charged for a cheeseburger value meal with a sprite. Gave the sprite back because it was obvious that it was not a coke. I did not look in the bag until I left and of course they did not give me a receipt for the order. While waiting for the food I noticed one employee just standing there texting on the phone while the other was rude as I gave the sprite back. I understand it was 9pm but come on man! I don’t ever post anything but this McDonald’s specifically is getting ridiculous with its poor service. Check out the quality of the food I recieved too. Stay away not worth the stop even if you think it’s convenient.
