Friendly employees who care about getting your order right and making sure all allergies are taken care of. Lots of vegan and gluten free options, easy to substitute. We visited this Mexican Restaurant called Tacos 4 Life Grill in Conway, AR while passing through town
Found the restaurant on Happy Cow App and it has some veg options on their menu
They made my Veg Taco items on separate pans, but same prep are, still very cool to think about separating the cooking
Friendly crew, food was good, portions were not large, I would go back
They have a few Veg options, mostly tofu.. i saw reviews of a chickpea option, but I didnt see it on the menu The Tofu Taco i had was OK, hard to eat with so many cubed ingredients (im used to shredded i guess) but it had some flavor, i am from Arizona, I can only assume “flavor” here is a bit less spicy than I’m accustomed to
You can watch them prepare the food. She sliced the avocado fresh, and half went on my taco !!
The vibe was upbeat, and the employees seemed happy to be at work
They cooked my Tofu on a separate pan from where they cook the meats !!!

I love brown, rotting lettuce and lettuce core in $6 taco…you charge $6 for a single taco it better be perfect and none of mine were even close. Stop being so skimpy on the ranch sauce as well.

Yesterday was our first time ever going to Tacos 4 Life. The food was so good!! I had a Chicken Queso Bowl off the Gluten Free menu. It was phenomenal! The manager came over and explained the app to me and how I can get a free taco and add notes to make it all gluten free. They also have a Soy free menu and something else. My only complaint is that we didn’t get the queso we ordered. But other than that everything was so wonderful that we didn’t even care and we will still be coming back!

Great tacos because of both taste and portions. I ordered a half-optipn meal, and my family ordered two taco Combos. I can tell that the ingredients were fresh and tasty. Khanien took our order, and she was helpful. Definitely, we will be back for the next round of tacos. Highly recommend this restaurant.

The service was amazing! There was a girl there working the front counter I don’t remember her name but she had red hair and wore glasses. She went above and beyond to help me out and make sure I was taken care of! She did an amazing job and it was a great experience!

If you’re driving by or looking for a great shop to visit, you should definitely come check out tacos 4 life! What a great mission and their shop has such an inviting safe atmosphere along with great displays of the community and outreach that they do! The food was even better than the service and the service was super kind friendly and amazing! Highly recommend this shop, or any of their locations!

Updated review. We ate there again today, it has been approx 5 years since we ate at this particular T4L. We have been eating at the one on dave ward dr (since closed).
Long story short today was one of the days that reminded me why I like T4L. Wife got the carnitas taco, probably one of the best carnitas tacos we have had. Period. I had the chipotle steak and it was good as well. We also got the Cobb salad and the ultimate nachos. All of the food was excellent and full of flavor. All the ingredients were fresh. In short, we will be back.
Also the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had two people stop by the table and had a conversation about their favorite items.
At the suggestion of one of the young ladies there, we will be trying the shrimp tacos next time.

Have always and still love this place. Food is worth going out of your way for. We don’t have one near where we live, but whenever we are remotely in the area close to a Tacos 4 Life we have to go there. Love it!
