The Dr Pepper I ordered had a very strong metallic aftertaste and was undrinkable, which made me think there may be an issue with the soda machine. I ended up having to throw it away. I do want to mention that the employee who took my order was nice, fast, and efficient, so this isn’t a complaint about the staff. Hopefully management can look into the equipment so this doesn’t happen again

Everything felt damp inside..like overly humid (yes, I know I’m in Hawaii lol)and the air tasted like salt. Had to clean my own table and chairs, because someone left a huge mess behind (condiments/salt and pepper all over the table/seats) during lunch rush, unfortunately.

Iced coffee… So light I thought it was on a diet! Too much milk, tons of sugar and just a hint of coffee for decoration. I needed energy, not a sugar crash and a stomachache. They really need to learn how to brew coffee. McDonald’s please… take a coffee class!

Order incorrect, had to stand and wait at the counter for probably 5 minutes before we could get an employee’s attention, also no napkins out in the dining area and none included with our meal. Another 5 min wait to ask for napkins. Then a 5 min wait to ask for the bathroom code.

These guys are always super busy. If anyone deserves a raise it’s these employees!! The drive through is always busy but they keep it moving along. I usually order through the app and wait outside in one of the 2 parking spots for pick up orders. The employees that bring my order out are always very friendly! Thank you all for showing up to work during these times when so many aren’t.

Upon entering, a table that we wanted to sit at had smeared food on it and I was going to wipe it off but there were no napkins. We sat somewhere else. Once our order was in, we waited for about 15 mins while the number of people in line increased and then our number was called. In addition, my wife was given the wrong salad dressing but was fine with it. And as always, the food at McDonald’s is great!
