I placed an order at Little Caesars and what I received was completely unacceptable. These were supposed to be Crazy Puffs (steak flavor), but what I got looked sloppy, poorly made, and inedible (see photos).
The bread looked torn apart — almost as if it had been bitten — and was covered with greasy, uneven cheese. The pieces were smashed together, falling apart, and nothing close to what is advertised. The presentation alone is embarrassing, but the quality makes it even worse.
As a paying customer, I expect food that is properly prepared and safe to eat. This experience was not only disappointing, but also unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

This is the closest pizza place to my house so I come often. I always have issues with some girl who sounds and acts like woah Vicky, though idk her name you’ll know her when you meet her. She has sent us away claiming the meal deal we wanted was online ordering only. We left and I called the store to confirm, only to find out she was wrong and we could’ve ordered in store. They park us for way longer than they say, so when we go up to the window they park us for a 2nd or even sometimes 3rd time. They will take our order and say “Just a few min you can wait here.” Only to tell us to move and pull around the building 2 min later. We’ve waited for a pizza, pop, breadstick meal deal for almost an hour before. The name for our order is always under “Randy” They never get the order name right, it’s always under Brody, Brayden, or Brady. Today was the tip of the iceberg when we were asked if we wanted marinara with our breadsticks and this is what was handed to us… 1/4 filled cup. The worker looked annoyed when we asked for a 2nd cup. Seriously I will just drive across the highway and go to the little Caesars in Sartell for better customer service and to get my money worth.

Just a great place to order pizzas and pick them up through the drive through. I know how the food is made so I know what I’m eating here and I still grab at least 5 of them. If I ask for plates, I’m accommodated. I have waited for fresher pizzas before and that was no problem. I’ve had friends bring over Little Caesars for gatherings and there usually aren’t leftovers. Try it out if you have the inclination to do so.

went through the drive thru to order a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. they told us it would be a 10–15 minute wait which was already kind of odd. looped back around after 15 mins and they gave us pepperoni cheesy bread? i knew we were doomed when the girl had to ask us to repeat our name four times. she told us we ‘didn’t specify’ (how in the world can we specify a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread more than we already did?) it was a simple misunderstanding and i was willing to pay the difference to get what we actually ordered, but when we were trying to figure out what to do, the lady was just staring at us like i killed her newborn right in front of her. asked for a refund and a guy comes to the window and throws my money back at me. took my money to dominos instead. definitely do not recommend this place.

Ive been to this little caesars before and typically avoid it but i was in hurry so decided to give it another try.. the crazy bread was 10x better than normal.. i could actually taste the Parmesan cheese for once and it had the perfect amount of butter. And the customer service from amber was amazing. If they keep up the great customer service and perfect bread sticks, I’ll definitely be coming back a lot more.

not sure why the business hours are open until 10 if you guys are “unallowed” to sell food after 930. Was told this by a blind and black haired girl. looks like the manager was an older guy. anyways called sartell at 9:32 and got my order fresh and ready to go. seems like you guys were to lazy oh well yall lost out on the money

02/23/26 @6:30pm I had a very upsetting experience at this location. I placed an order for two pizzas and waited about 15 minutes. The employee who took my order later asked for my receipt and told me the order had not been made because there was no name on it — even though she never asked for my name when taking the order.
When I explained that I placed the order with her directly, another employee became aggressive and told me to ‘take it outside,’ which felt like a threat. Other employees began raising their voices, and one even said they wanted to punch me. This was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate.
After admitting the order wasn’t made, they only prepared one pizza instead of two. Then I was told I had to pay again to receive my full order, resulting in being charged twice the second employee who took my order was Mason K as to what it shows on the receipt the first order was by a young white girl.
No customer should feel threatened or disrespected over a staff mistake. I hope management addresses the LACK of professionalism and customer service at this location! And to also add after waiting so long the pizza wasn’t made correct either.

They do their best lol. Sometimes my name doesnt show up on the screen letting me know my order is ready so I’m left just standing around awkwardly not knowing if I should bug the cashier again, or just keep refreshing my email for confirmation it’s done.
If that was the atmosphere I wanted, I’d just go to Toppers.

We’ve noticed a drop in quality over the last few visits. Very little sauce, burnt cheese, and the crust hasn’t been what it used to be. This used to be our favorite neighborhood pizza, so we’re hoping this gets corrected.
