You feel the love the moment you walk through the door – you see smiling faces and you feel welcomed. It’s bright, cheery and very colorful. You can sit inside or outside, both have interesting art to admire.
The food is actually phenomenal, and with so many vegan choices I feel like I need to come back SOON.
We had the guacamole added to their chips and salsa. They had a Salsa Verde to use to spice things up; starter was very tasty. I had the soy chorizo burrito with Verde and red sauce. It was filled with chorizo, avocado, rice, veggies and beans. Really nice! My partner had the taco plate with and avocado salad. He loved the dressing that came along side the salad – he couldn’t stop raving about it. All the food was visually appealing, which I really appreciate. I also had a Thai Basil lemonade that was refreshing and left me wanting another. Love the color of the drink and the cute garnish – I like to feel fancy even though I don’t drink alcohol, they achieved that.
Honestly, the service, food/drink and atmosphere was appreciated. I will be back – no doubt about it!

A decent spot for Mexican food, and the best in Milwaukee if you are vegan. Good brunch menu. Fresh, good quality ingredients. Good service.
The 3 star rating reflects the at least 5 better, more authentic Mexican restaurants less than 5 minutes away (and these are only the ones I’ve tried). it’s walking distance from the best tacos in Milwaukee and I’m never going to choose a wet burrito over that.

Great ma and pop place with indoor and outdoor seating in a hip kind of atmosphere. Great and attentive service. Home made chip with good salsa. I ordered guacamole for them and it was very good. My burrito was large and delicious. I’d hit this place often if I lived in Milwaukee

The best vegetarian Mexican food I’ve ever had! I had a chimichanga with soy chorizo and pinto and black beans. It was smothered in a queso sauce. Even if you aren’t vegetarian there are so many great options. Cocktails are tasty and creative. Happy hour looks to be a very good deal, I will definitely be back.

Cute place and service was decent but I didn’t like the rice or the chips and salsa. The rice had weird frozen vegetables in it that just seemed out of place. The beans were really good and the crema was delicious. They had a good selection of vegan options available and a bar area if you don’t want a table or booth. Off street parking available.

This place is absolutely amazing my wife and I came here with some friends a couple weeks ago for breakfast and all of us were blown away with how amazing all of our food was! After we had our first bites none of us said another word until we all were done eating, that’s how good this place is! If you are looking for a great spot for breakfast this is it! We will definitely be back to try dinner!

Our brunch was so yummy and arrived quickly!! Our server was also a gem!! Very sweet, and checked in on us regularly!! I loved the option for oat based coffee creamer too! I’ll definitely be back!!

This is our go-to weekend restaurant for Mexican food! There’s complimentary chips and salsa with a purchase. We’ve been here maybe 8 times and we’ve never not gotten some variation of the burrito. The seafood burrito is great, otherwise the pork wet burrito is another favorite. They are large and plenty of food if you include the chips and salsa. It’s a pretty large restaurant, so we normally haven’t had to wait for a table. The beverage list is well-priced. We enjoy this location better than the others in the Milwaukee area due to the atmosphere and service.
