Update: To the owner who replied to this post. I have already filled out the survey and reported the store. I was told by the escalation team that someone from the store would contact for better service. However, all I have received is a push back and contact someone else. Smh
Stopped by for a quick meal and pre-ordered the Teriyaki chicken bowl that comes with an egg roll and drink. I waited a little over 10 minutes for my food and drive off after a long 10 hour day working. I get home open the bag and I have dry barely cooked chicken, rice and no sauce. With a soda that tasted like water. Too tired to drive back. I filled out a complaint and was told that I would be contacted by the store. That was 6 days ago and no follow-up.

It cost $5.49 for this: 2 cooked jalapeños, 2 undercooked jalapeños, and 3 undercooked onion rings. Crazy this was even served. They mushed together 3 onion rings and counted them as 3 jalapeños. Complained through the app and the store manager can’t seem to do anything or have access to any sales records to find and refund the order.

It looked a little outdated. My boyfriend ordered the mini tacos and didn’t quite like them. I had a chicken sandwich meal and our son had tenders. Both of us enjoyed our food. That was a surprise as my son is funny about eatting tenders from different restaurants. The menu was overwhelming. Way too many options.

The lettuce on these tacos were thrown on the side and heated with the tacos. No taco sauce AND they’re burnt. Idk if the employees are forgetting the timer or they don’t like working late but I don’t know what’s going on there.

Hey it’s fast food real cheap and many of them are open 24 hours. No frills basic menu and the breakfast items can be purchased any time of day. I see them all over the city and they are pretty much the same. I do occasionally see a slight difference in the prices but I think that is based on location and demographics.
