Ordered on the app about 15 minutes early, checked into a curbside for my gf to pick it up, said that it didn’t check in in time and that she would need to go in or thru drive thru, she goes in with my receipt screenshot and my name for the order, worker inside said that they’d need my phone on site before it’d be ready so it can check in, she comes back, gets my phone, brings it back to the store, then they give us cold food.
They clearly had the food ready and sitting before she walked in, made us jump thru hoops for absolutely no reason. Pretty pissed.

The overall experience was good. Fast friendly service. Accurate with the order. A clean place inside and out. The only problem I had was a burnt mcgriddle. I took it back to the counter and it was replaced very quickly. I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for the burnt product being served.

I love McDonald you can never go wrong with it and I love their chili sauce packet if you haven’t tried it you absolutely should it’s absolutely amazing and they have a play place for the kids you don’t see a lot of those that much anymore!

So, I first mentioned in a non aggressive way how I saw that someone else touched my order, an excuse was given… And then I actually mentioned how the drink lacked the extra Carmel, which I paid for, I asked what happened to it… all that was said was, “I don’t know.” There was no offer to have neither purchase remade… I didn’t notice the size was different and that it had chocolate on top until I got home. I ONLY noticed the carmel Drizzle was missing from the inside of the cup because it is always a thing that I have to look for with them.
The only good service I received was from the Cashier at the first window. She is always a pleasure via her calming yet sunny disposition, which is needed for my mornings. So, the Atmosphere-Stars are only for her.

Store is disgusting, trash everywhere, floor is dirty, overflowing fountain drink drain, smelly dirty bathrooms, slow service, rude employees,Playplace is dirty to the point that kids feet are black after playing.
Overall a terrible, disgraceful excuse for a Morland/Bishop store.

I placed an order at 10:24 a.m. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I noticed that two other customers who came after me received their food. So, I approached the cashier and asked about my order. However, the cashier responded very rudely. Suddenly, another store personnel named Alex intervened and also spoke to me rudely, suggesting that I should get a refund. Due to their behavior, I decided to get a refund and leave. I was very displeased and felt disrespected. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to surprise my wife with a Mother’s Day breakfast. In my opinion, no matter how busy the store is, the staff should still maintain professionalism and be courteous to customers.
