Absolutely delicious. The fries are fantastic, the burgers are juicy and cheese is nice and gooey, inside was clean, and the girl taking orders was super nice and greeted us and everyone else who walked in immediately.

My wife loves Five Guys and we hadn’t been for a while due to trying to be more frugal. We decided to splurge a bit and get Five Guys for dinner but were really disappointed. 2 bites into my wife’s burger she spit it out and said that the tomato was really hard/crunchy. She pulls it out of the burger and the tomato’s was more green than red. Outside was slightly red but inner 70% was green and unripe. As soon as I saw it I wondered who thought it was a good idea to use that tomato in any burger. What I was hoping would be a really fun night out at one of my wife’s favorite restaurants ended up being really disappointing. Not sure if the quality went down or it was just an off day at this location

Their food is so bland and then the guy doing the fries put my fries in a container and then threw the rest of the fries from his fryer in the bag. They were Cajun fries so the seasoning and some fry oil got all over everything in the bag.

I just ate the perfect burger here, made by a guy named Marcus. It looked like any picture you’d ever see in an advertisement, and tasted like that expectation. I’m always grateful to eat out when the food tastes better thank I can make it home. It’s fun to be served by people with pride in what they do.

I have to say the French fries were excellent today. Most fries from Five Guys are over cooked and they always seem to give me the small left over bits and pieces of fries. However today was not that day. I got whole length fries and they were cooked perfectly. The sandwich was alright. I did notice a few things that bothered me. Firstly, the staff is very loud. They are talking to each other about absolutely nothing and each are trying to compete with each other for who is the loudest and who can speak over the stereo box. Secondly, I noticed one cashier and five cooks behind the grill area. But not once during the entire time I was here did they come out and clean the floor or tables. So, please clean the tables and floor. Finally the staff are very nice.

Super good. Messy but just use a ton of napkins. I just can’t believe it was $25 for 2 burgers and one small fries, I’m broke and in college and could have bought 5 little Caesars pizzas with that lol, but it was amazing. Also they usually give you a ton of fries in the bag with a small fries but this time they didn’t hook us up

5 Guys is a great place for a burger IF you like a lot of different toppings. Don’t get me wrong, their food is tasty no matter what, but it’s expensive if you’re essentially just getting meat, cheese and the bun.
Their food is fresh, the toppings delicious and their Cajun fries are simply amazing! They offer ‘small’ versions of their burgers but all this means is one patty instead of two.
They don’t have kid versions of anything, so that makes it pricy too. You can get grilled cheese or a hotdog though.

Did it online order Said to be ready in 7 to 10 minutes. Got there in less than five went in and it was already ready. Great service but this was about 8:00 at night. Wasn’t really crowded so I got my food right away. And great customer service too.

The food order was quick. Didn’t have time to eat half of my peanuts while waiting. The AC was on and felt really cold in the restaurant. The burger bottom bun gets soggy quickly. I suggest, eat and hold your burger in one hand while eating your fries or drinking your drink. It has been years since I have eatten here, since they first open was the last time.

Don’t ever go during any dinner rush time, ended up waiting 20 minutes for two meals orders and then get talked to like it’s my fault for ordering. We’re getting fries and burgers, this isn’t a sit down restaurant, nobody wants to wait 20 minutes for their order come on.
