I don’t usually leave reviews for places, but I had to say something about this Starbucks. Drive thru is really quick and efficient, the staff members are so nice. They messed up my order once, and got me a large instead of a medium drink to make up for it. And if you are dining in, you can ask for your drink to be served in a mug. It was such a vibe in the morning. 10/10 recommend. I recommend the iced skinny vanilla latte with protein cold foam and carmel or creme brulee topping. 🙂 Favorite breakfast item: The the spinach feta egg white wrap

I just ordered a tall Toasted Coconut Latte and two frog cake pops. The line was super long, I understand how overwhelming it can be when you have a long line (I work in fast food), and when I got my drink I knew it seemed off but I didn’t want to hold up the line at all so I just shrugged it off and drove off since I needed to be somewhere. I was given a grande iced chai latte and my frog cake pops. I apologize to whomever got my drink. I understand the stress of a busy morning, but I’d highly recommend double checking their order and drink! Thank you 🙂

My recent visit to this Starbucks was nothing short of extraordinary. Despite a minor hiccup with my sandwich order, the staff handled it graciously and promptly corrected the mistake.

Not only did they provide me with two $4 gift cards as a gesture of goodwill, but they also allowed me to stay until closing time to charge my phone. Additionally, they generously offered me a complimentary cake pop, adding a delightful touch to my experience.
To top it off, the enchanting music playing in the background created a truly inviting atmosphere. The Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade and Double Bacon Sandwich were both delicious, and the service was impeccable throughout.

I’ve came to this Starbucks for as long as I can remember and never had a problem with the service. Today I went through to drive through to receive the wrong order. I went back inside to explain the miscommunication and I was told I need to be more specific on how I want my drink. Mind you I’ve ordered the same drink for years and never had a mess up even with different locations. The worker proceeded to tell me how I should make my drink and unless I have a go to person or be a regular, they won’t understand what I’m talking about. My drink did get remade but the public humiliation felt awful as I felt like I knew what I was talking about with describing my order. I understand miscommunication, but please don’t continue to correct me and tell me to basically do better when the store is packed with customers.

They make my drinks perfectly. The only problem is that they tend to forget my food every time I order some. I usually end up not ordering any food items even if I want something because I intentionally order ahead to save time, and if I have to wait 20+ minutes for them to finally get my food to me, that defeats the purpose. You’d make more money if you didn’t ignore the food on people’s orders!

The staff on the drive-thru were so patient on taking our orders and they got it right despite multiple people ordering at once which is confusing if it was me on the other end. They were still all smiles when they gave us our orders on the drive-thru window despite the long time it took us to finish making our orders. Kudos to you guys keep up the good work.

I’ve went to this Starbucks for years, idk if it’s under new ownership or what but it’s gone majorly downhill. I’ve ordered the Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso 3 separate times and it’s been awful every time. Tastes completely different than last years.
Today I went at approx 11:45 am and ordered a drink, which the drive thru guy proceeded to hand to the car in front of me and then got it back and handed it to me later after the car in front of me drove away. When asked if this was the same drink he said “no” but it was the exact same size, look etc of my drink. I won’t be going back.
