I drove an hour away to try this place and it was a disappointment. I waited in my designated spot for my food, waited 15 minutes and had to ask the employee about my order. She was kind and offered me an extra pie and went to get my order. I got my order, but my side was incorrect. It was one of the things I was looking forward to the most, the Adobe rice, but I got steamed white rice. At that point I wasn’t going to wait longer and let me chicken get cold, so I started to eat my meal. The chicken has a wonderful crunch to it, probably the best of all fast food chicken places I’ve tried. The real issue is just how wet and greasy the actual chicken is. The skin was peeling off of it because it was so wet. It was almost like eating a mouthful of grease. I broke the pies in half and tried half of each. They were okay, but nothing great. Needless to say, it is unlikely I will make the trip out here again.

I visited Jollibee for the first time, and it was definitely a busy spot. The drive-thru line was packed, and inside, quite a few people were waiting for takeout as well. I was excited to finally try it.
I ordered half spicy and half original chicken. The spicy had just the right level of heat and was really enjoyable. The original, however, was a bit disappointing—I couldn’t really taste the soy-garlic base flavor I had expected from Filipino-style fried chicken.
The mashed potatoes were made with red potatoes with the skin still on, which was surprisingly good quality for a fast-food chain. The gravy tasted fine but wasn’t particularly special—pretty much the same as you’d get anywhere else. I wanted to try the coleslaw, but they were out, so I went with the Jolly Spaghetti instead. It was sweet, much sweeter than I’m used to, and that threw me off. It didn’t really match my taste, since I’ve never had spaghetti that sugary before.
The staff were friendly, and I could see a lot of them working hard, which I appreciated. But despite having so many employees, the dining area could have been cleaner. It was inconvenient to see customers grabbing napkins to wipe down tables themselves, and there were crumbs left on the floor. That part made me feel like I wouldn’t want to come back soon.
Still, I’ll give credit to the staff for being polite and welcoming.

First time trying them on recommendation from a friend. I was not disappointed to say the least. Friendly greetings the moment I walked in the door. The food hot and full of flavor..will be back again..highly recommend them over KFC or Popeyes or Chicken Shack…they also have burgers…spaghetti…and a sorted drinks. Pepsi products

The chicken is very good i would say better than texas church chicken.
They had the korean bbq style and is the perfect spicy/sweet flavor and the chicken still crispy !!
Service is pretty good , i would say it soo good the space they have is small for them since there is a lot of people and not too many tables to eat inside.
Also we alway try to eat in jollibee since my fiance is from the Philippines and she also agrees that this michigan place have somehow a better flavor/seasoning than other ones.

Visited this place for our mini getaway & stayed in a hotel that is 10mins from their location..We live in different states and this one is the closest for us to drive. Went here for dinner Oct. 2025 place was not busy, but drive through is packed. We got our order so fast and employees are very nice & friendly. Food is delicious as it is and ambiance is clean and organized. We Love it. Worth our drive.

Everything was so good!!! I had 2 different meals at the same time. I tried the Angus Burger Deluxe and the Spicy Chicken with gravy and Adobo Rice… the mango peach pie is chefs kiss too! I ended up buying dinner to take home for the family. 12 piece chicken with 5 sides and 5 pies! It was Awesome the next day as well.. even when the chicken was heated in the microwave instead of air fryer. Just good food…period.

My new favorite chicken sandwich. Crispy thick breading, with flavor, nice big good chicken that was hot! Both the person with me and I loved it. Better than Popeyes, IMHO.
Getting mashed potatoes as a side is fun, and it’s not bad at all, but the person with wished he had more gravy.
After we split a side of biscuits and they were incredible!
Service was good. They weren’t understaffed and had enough employees working that the manager even checked on us.
I joined the rewards program, and it looks pretty decent.
Overall I can’t recommend the 2 chicken sandwich meal deal enough.

This was our third time visited here we drive 45 min from our home and we order take out of bucket treat B witch is 6pcs of fried chicken, family party spaghetti and 3 pcs of peach mango pies, and when we leave I didn’t check the food because I’m just confident but when we got home we realized that there was no spaghetti. After driving back the manager was skeptical and stated “I have never seen this (an item missing from an order) before.” Inspite of this he did replace the spaghetti but implied that they don’t forget items that go to orders.
I recommend that you check your orders before you leave.
