Out of the three times I’ve tried to order Nancy Jo’s (Keizer Location), I’ve only ever actually eaten their food once. The first time I ordered, I ordered online. Their google profile said they were open, and their ordering system allowed me to order, took my money, and said they were preparing my food. When I arrived they were closed. I had to call a different store, and they had to call Nancy Jo herself to call me and figure out what to do.
While Nancy was nice on the phone, she acted as if it wasn’t her businesses fault- I should have checked. When I explained that no one in their right mind is going to drive to a restaurant to check to see if they were open before ordering she acted like I was ridiculous. Google- Open. Website and ordering platform open? Ordering shouldn’t have been turned on, and their hours should have reflected so.
The second time I ate there it was fine. Food was delicious, service was quick, store-front was buys, no complaints.
I tried to order food from them last Saturday (2/7/26) and guess what? Closed at 5:30 on Saturday. Google said they were open, I was able to order my food, and THEY WEREN’T OPEN. Tried calling- and never got an answer.
Because of this, I don’t even want to try and order their food again- despite it being good. Not having consistency, and feeling like I have to drive by and check to see if they have a piece of paper taped up to their building letting people know if they are open or closed is archaic.

Ordered large fries and a salad. The fries they put in the to-go bag were a ridiculously tiny portion that I didn’t even see until I got home because I hadn’t opened the bag (stapled and shut with a sticker). I drove all the way back from home and had to wait an extra 20 minutes FOR FRIES. When I told the girl, she didn’t even care! Just asked me to wait. No concern, no sorry at ALL.
I JUST WONDER HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE THEY TRY TO JIP LIKE THIS! I ended up ordering at 7:13pm and didn’t get all my food until just before 8pm. They didn’t even fill the bag like they usually would. The Lamest experience I’ve had here!!!

In response: I didn’t ask for any type of CUP. And the only person having an entire conversation with the girl at the counter was a woman with a ponytail. The only thing I did was ask for my order.
Prior to picking up my order, I was waiting in the parking lot for over 15. minutes. Coming back, because of their error, took me more time; back and forth. Furthermore, I had to wait another 20 minutes while I watched them making more mistakes with the woman having said conversation. Then I asked if my order was another bag. The miscommunication and inability to follow through with accuracy on such a simple order is ridiculous. Moreover, the attempt to alter the facts. Just shows that the values this business holds is at minimum questionable.

We got to Nancy burgers at least once a week. The burgers are delicious but the last few times I ordered the french fries they were so small that I couldn’t believe it. I wish they were longer or we’re not gonna get them anymore.

I LOVE THESE BURGERS!
The buns are fresh, the burger is juicy, the bacon is crispy and the tomato and lettuce are, seemingly, straight from the garden. I get my onions sautéed and they are the piece de resistance. My husband and I share a large fry and an onion ring order and that’s plenty. Their fry sauce is delish!
The parking is somewhat limited and the dining room isn’t very large but we’ve always found a spot! The dining room is clean and feels like 50s diner. The staff is always friendly, helpful and patient (wait until you see your menu options!) and the food comes out quickly and HOT.
