You will not regret your trip to Grandma’s! The biggest and fluffiest omelet I’ve ever had. Not to mention it comes with 3 large pancakes. We ordered a side of biscuits and gravy as well as sausage. All of the food was excellent and came out hot. The sausage had nice crispy edges, and the biscuit was very large and tender. The staff that day wasn’t as friendly, but we’ve been other times and had great staff members wait on us. We will definitely be back for some delicious breakfast!

Grandmas pancake house on a Sunday morning- what else can you really ask for? The coffee pots are hot and the grandmas are old. The decor inside is not fooling anybody this place is definitely a speakeasy Mexican restaurant after 5pm. Our food came out piping hot 15 seconds after we ordered it. (Approximately) They don’t have chocolate gravy so please don’t make the mistake of asking, people in this part of Tennessee take their gravy very gravely. Some sort of decades long gravy rivalry going on in this town in particular. They offer every type of pancake under the sun, not to mention their less famous waffles. The fruit syrups they bring out with them will send you into a hallucinatory sugar haze you won’t come back from until Monday at least. Bathrooms were clean and everyone was friendly. I won’t be back. This place really leaves an impression, we had a really impassioned conversation about pancakes after, You should check it out!

I had the fluffiest Western Omelette, with pancakes on the side. Absolutely wonderful.
Mom had the Apple Waffle with apple syrup.
It had apple piece’s cooked in it and cinnamon apples on top. Just mouth watering good.
We love coming here for breakfast or lunch. So many delicious dishes it’s hard to choose. Our waitress was very sweet. The coffee is also very good, not weak or to strong. Just right.
If you love pancakes or crepes this is the place! They also have a few other menu items for the regulars, omelettes, eggs, toast, bacon, etc.
Just try it I’m sure you will find something for everyone.

Better than expected breakfast food. The pancakes taste very similar to McDonalds. The scrambled eggs & ham were delicious. The service was very good. The biscuit and gravy are not good. It’s similar to chicken or turkey gravy. Definitely not southern style.

Let’s start by saying they were moderately busy as usual. I was greeted and seetllated promptly. Party of one.

Now the bad. I ordered biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon. The gravy was almost cold and extremely runny. The bacon was cold, like it had been sitting waiting for pickup for some time. Let’s just hope I don’t get sick.

The waiter did 2 fly-by’s to drop off my food and an additional drink. And was last one to drop my check.

You can get a whole meal’s worth of whole foods here! Highly recommend the poached eggs and the oatmeal with banana slices.
Also, it feels good to support a small, family-owned business.

We had the weirdest experience at a restaurant we’ve ever had. I’m a pastor and I had a friend that came down from up north that I haven’t seen for 15 years. And I had told him the people in the south are normally very sweet. Our waitress was great, but we were there 1hr and a half catching up. The owners wife walked over to us and told us it was time to leave. She said your done eating and you need to go. Even the waitress was shocked. We said there’s a lot of tables available, but she said people want booths. So you need to go. And she said it very rudely. My friend was very offended. I have never been treated so rude at restaurant. I will never go back for sure.

The people here were very nice. We had a table of 6. The food came out exactly right, hot, and the wait time wasn’t long at all. The food was delicious. Almost everything on the menu comes with 3 buttermilk pancakes. There are many varieties of pancakes and waffles. I had scrambled eggs and bacon. Of course with pancakes. The thick bacon was cooked perfectly. I highly recommend Grandma’s Pancake House.
