Its a taco bell so if you’ve been to one before you kinda get the deal. But this bell in particular really does live mas like the ole slogan be saying. The chalupa and cheesy gordito crunch is so good, I don’t understand why it be hitting so good I really don’t. Make it supreme and you get sour cream. Food fresh and friendly location. This is deff the one to stop at if you find yourself needing a taco bell fix.

Not impressed with this taco Bell. This is supposed to be a beefy 5 layer burrito. It’s missing beans. The tortilla for the chicken chalupa was semi hard. I did find a dot of nacho cheese sauce. Unreal!!!

I love Taco Bell. I typically eat it once every week or two, sometimes more. The location on Eastman Road tends to serve nasty food, so I go to this one. Food quality at this location is *usually* pretty good, but that’s not even what I’d like to note today.

The issue at this Taco Bell is that 9/10 orders are incorrect in one way or another. It has become so insanely common that it’s just become my routine to pull into a parking spot every time I receive my food in the drive-thru to check my entire order for accuracy. I genuinely feel a sense of excited relief when my order is entirely correct, because it is so, SO infrequent.

I have to remove everything from the bag and unwrap everything, every single time, because the number of times I’ve gotten home and had missing/incorrect ingredients/items is astronomical, and that is so extremely disappointing.

This means that on 9/10 drive-thru visits here, I still end up having to walk inside, wait for anyone to come to the counter, explain my issue (often multiple times because the employees seem confused and/or apathetic), and wait for the item to be remade.

AND THEN, the rest of my food has had time to get cold and soggy.

It makes me sad because I genuinely enjoy Taco Bell so much, but it has become so unnecessarily frustrating to eat at this location.

PLEASE, E Stone Dr. Taco Bell, develop a better strategy and/or more accountability for order accuracy! This has become egregious!

ily but please do better

UPDATE (2/17/2026): It never got any better, and a lot of times, it’s even worse. Check out my new photo of the last bag of food I received from this location. Got my hand covered in gloop when I stuck it in the bag and couldn’t even check my order for accuracy (which, again, is REQUIRED at this location) without getting gloop everywhere, and ended up having to replace the whole order, which is super wasteful and really sucks all around. THEN, when I got my replacement order, they had left out an item! I wouldn’t have noticed until I got home if I hadn’t checked the replacement bag before leaving. ABYSMAL work, Taco Bell

I sat there and ordered my food in the store, on the app. I stood by the counter the whole time, waiting for my food, while a female employee continuously came back and forth to the counter. I finally went to the counter to ask where my food was, and noticed somebody had put my food on the shelf without me knowing. So as I sat there for over 20 minutes, with multiple employees who saw me, and nobody even asked if I was waiting for something. Then I had to tell them I was missing my church’s, and the female said “oh, yeah, we’re all out of those”. So the employees were just going to let me walk out without telling me that my order was incomplete due to items being sold out. So I had to tell her I wanted a refund. This is some shady business by the employees. I can’t believe they tried pulling this. Normally the place is good, but I don’t know what’s up with these other, newer employees andsupervisors that I haven’t really seen before

If I could I would give them no stars. I bought their big pack of tacos and 5 layer beef burritos. Got all the way home and found no nacho cheese and no shredded cheese on any of the burritos which are supposed to have a whole pump of nacho cheese on the burrito. Asked for the manager, Jill Owens who immediately before even looking at the burritos told me I was wrong and was very disrespectful even yelling the whole time and then opened the burrito to say there’s a little pump in the middle which when asking to see it she then threw it away instead of showing me. They gave me a refund after complaining for a very long while and when I asked for the corporate number she said no and that she doesn’t have to give it out, which they are supposed to provide if asked for. I’ve worked at fast food restaurants and no manager should ever act the way she did and automatically tell the customer that her “employees don’t make mistakes.” And we all know humans do. Never eating at this Taco Bell again and will not recommend to anyone.

Probably the only time I’ve been convinced that someone messed up my food on purpose. I ordered two tacos and they were very tiny and wrapped so tight that it’s hard to believe I payed 3 dollars a piece for them. And they melted the entire taco the wrapper. I recommend just going to the Taco Bell on 11w if you want quality food…

Apparently an issue tonight with “heating or making any type of food.” Yes it was 45 minutes before closing, yes I could’ve came earlier; but that is still 45 minutes of serving customers per your store hours posted here and on the door. It doesn’t sound like there was any issue, sounded as if they just didn’t want to do their job. If there’s a problem with making food for the entire hours of operation, change your hours of operation. Plain and simple. I work in customer service and food myself, and this is just sad.
