One of the best lunches I’ve had in recent memory, especially for just a simple sandwich and salad. Stopped by since we had to wait for a movie showing next door and went in on a whim. Was expecting a random chain restaurant but the food was so insanely good and we loved the atmosphere. The service was great and the manager stopped by since we were first time customers. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic! I can’t explain how great our experience was. We were so busy chatting and catching up that our waitress had to come back 4-5 times before we were ready to order. She was extremely sweet AND patient with us. Very attentive, too – refills and cleaning up. Food came out in a timely fashion, everything was prepared as we had hoped, and was yummy. We had never been to this location before and I will definitely be back! 🙂

54th Street used to be a higher end Chili’s. Now, I lowkey think Chili’s has better food than 54th. We hadn’t been here since they remodeled/re-named, and they’ve definitely gone downhill.
The atmosphere was still charming, sure, and the service wasn’t terrible. We weren’t very happy with our waitress, she was friendly at first but she gave us the check only 5 minutes after she brought our food! We felt quite rushed.
The food was bleh. My Chicken Strip Platter was way too salty, the fries were limp as well. The Baked Beans were the only decent side, they were surprisingly spicy. My Aunt enjoyed her Chicken Avocado Grille, though.
The atmosphere is still bustling, but the service and food at 54th have gone downhill.

The food is always delicious, especially the gringo dip and salads. I love all the tvs they have to watch different sporting events. However, the service is less than basic.
My friends ordered extra salsa and rice for their fajitas and it never came out, even after asking the waitress 2x for the food.

I ordered food through the 54th street app for pick up. When I got there the number for pickup said there were too many people in the queue and to call back. I saw someone bringing out orders and mentioned this to him, he told me “you called that number *pointed to the sign* that number doesnt do that but whatever what’s the name on the order?”. Once I got home realized all the food was cold, the ice cream was completely melted and warm, and the cheescake was warm and no longer holding shape, and the drinks didnt even have ice in the cups anymore. Turns out the food that was given to me was from a Grubhub order I had made a few hours before that Grubhub canceled after it went too far over their delivery window. So it had been sitting out for hours.. I called the restaurant immediately and the man I originally talked to was extremely rude and told me my order through their app didnt exist and that it wasnt his fault I showed late to get my food. (Mind you I was only asking my a refund on the ice cream, cheesecake, and drinks at that point.) He then gave the phone to a manager who told me he saw my order through their app and didn’t know why I was given cold food. He then offered a $10 credit to be sent to my email which I never received. **I was sent a link asking about my experience which I completed and then they responded with an email that said it was unacceptable that I was given food that sat out for multiple hours and to contact them with a link. I have reached out to this store multiple times since this happened and no one has gotten back to me.

We went here on a Thursday night. When we walked in it was not crowded, but the music was blaring. As we spoke to the host, I remarked about the music volume. They said yeah and just shrugged it off. I then asked if they could turn it down and I got another shrug. We almost left before we were seated as it’s one of those environments that no matter where you go (including the bathroom) the music is blaring. That being said the service by Jessica was great. The food was average. I had the Parmesan Sole and my fiance had the Chicken Madeira. The fish was good but, not warm enough. The chicken was a tasty dish.

We had a great meal here. We just wish our waitress didn’t rush us so much. She gave us the check at the same time as our entrees and let us know there was a 30 min late so she was trying to clear tables. Because of this, we ate very fast and paid and left. But the food was delish! Yum! Great atmosphere and decor as well.

3/5/2026 Update. Their “Express to go” service still sucks. Worst to-go set up I’ve encountered. I’m here for a doordash and they refuse to help me inside. You have to call a number and hope they actually bring it to you. I got an answering service and no way to leave a message. “Call back later” pretty rude really! It’s been over 20 minutes and nothing yet. I’ve literally had this happen every time I take an order here. I’m pretty sure they wait until there is a dasher here before they make the order. Will the owner and management please take charge of this location and provide adequate service for their dashers? Probably not. I’ve left numerous bad reviews

End up coming late at night and it was happy hour which is perfect! The food tasted good. The burger was perfect and the chicken tenders were fresh. My spinach and artichoke dip was cold when it came out so I did have to send it back to get rewarmed. My drink was weak and after check out I looked at my bill and they charged me $9 for my margarita but it said on menu it was $5 for happy hour. Did get my food in a reasonable time. Service was ok it was busy so you know how that goes

The food was very tasty. They make the best brussel sprouts with cranberries and goat cheese. The grilled vegetable medley is extremely good as well.
