This is my first time in general ordering at this restaurant. Honestly, there’s a reason why this place has low ratings. Just completely disappointed, which is why I added the picture below to express my one star rating, which I honestly would give it a zero. I ordered the Traditional Wing Basket, which includes (8) piece wings with fries and a coleslaw. You can change the coleslaw to extra fries. So I changed my coleslaw to extra fries. It almost seems like they removed my coleslaw, but never replaced it with fries lol. This cost me $21.37 by the way. Can’t wait for Wingstop’s grand opening across the street lol. I will NEVER come back here again or recommend ANYONE.

Went to watch the bucs game, don’t understand why dining area set up with high top tables in front of regular tables??? This is in reference to the biggest TV screens in the restaurant. Had a great view of the back of another patrons head. Game was on left screen right screen had a message your program has ended?? Asked waitress if she could put bucs game on that screen too. Her response was only the owner can change the screen??? Anyway, now the service/food was. Picture attached, fries cold, fish burned, almost seemed refried, my guest, a Philly cheese sandwich and fries. Unfortunatel, I didn’t get a photo, the “steak” was in clumps. Cold in center, definitely a reheat situation. He could not finish even half, he said his fries tasted like burnt fish. It was extremely busy, the kitchen was not staffed properly, but come on, someone gotta be checking the food before being brought to public. Tables sat un bused for WAY TOO LONG, while I could not see the staff at all times it seemed they were not on the floor as much as they should have. Customers walked out due to every empty table was still not cleaned from previous diners. I would NOT recommend this establishment.

Great service, good atmosphere and so so food. Portions were surprisingly small but decently priced. Loved the curly fries, the fried chicken burger, not so much. If it had been cooked any longer, it would have been dust. Hubby’s hamburger was cooked perfectly but flavorless.

We go to the Zephyhills Beef O Bradys alot on Friday nights. Last night Patricia W was our waitress and it was the first time we have seen her there. Patricia W was one of the best waitresses we have had in a long time anywhere. We did just read the review that was written and assume they were talking about her since the other waitresses are younger and we see them alot. We don’t know what they are talking about. Patricia W had us laughing, very pleasant, and food was perfect. She never stopped. Patricia W was cleaning tables and never seemed rude to anyone. Keep up the good work Patricua W and we will be back to see you.

They give great service from entrance greet to cash out. They are always all smiles and attending.
We dont live in zephyrhills but we travel to this specific beefs because of them.
We recently came to zephyrhills and there is an elderly lady server that was extremely rude. We asked for a booth, the table was empty but had a few plates. We even said we understood it was dirty and would wait that we wanted booth because my infant could become fussy and wanted privacy.
She told us in front of many people, ” THEY will get to you when they get to you. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all,
I had people who were sitting next to us telling me how rude that was. However we did not want to cause a scene, but the lady is very short, older…white and never smiles.
Unless we have our servers listed, we really would not like to return.

I want to add that I do appreciate the service I have received in Z Hills from a few stars: Ashley #1, Aubrey, and Valerie. Thank you girls for your service. I am sorry that I cannot buy the bottle of wine or at the least that single-serve bottles are not available to those of us who are not beer drinkers. To the servers those are outstanding Thank you!! The negative review is not on you.
I have been a regular for over 20 years, in zhills or Dade City. Why does
the owner not realize that red wine goes bad and tastes terrible after it oxidizes once opened? They won’t even sell the bottle. As often as I come in I would like a good glass of red wine. Instead, I have to go to Ruby’s where I am guaranteed that the red wine is fresh.

Great service, friendly staff, and a welcoming staff. Food was impeccably delicious, I had a wonderful dish dubliner with pickle chips it has a right sized portion and the pickle chips were homemade. The beef had a delicious smokey flavor. The waitress I had was friendly and outgoing. It seems like it has fans of all ages. Saw men eating dinner, older and younger couples and a young family. Highly recommend this restaurant for cleanliness and the atmosphere

There’s a reason this Beefs has it’s slow days. Very poorly operated. They literally changed the closing hours while I was there due to it being so slow and did not take my order. I’ve been a few other times and it was just as sad. Drive a few miles north to the Dade City location. It’s 100% better..

The floors in the place where so so sticky that it keep me from walking terrible the food wasn’t all that great not worth the money I don’t think the cooks wanted to be there! The waiter she was cool but you need to clean the floor so nasty. We won’t be back to zhills beef o Brady’s.
