Brothers Chris and Nick O’Sullivan, originally from England but raised in Denver, traveled across the US sampling the many different BBQ styles. Nick and Chris fell in love with all the different BBQ styles and flavors. The two brothers would stop at every local BBQ joint they could find on while traveling across the country. From Kansas City, to Memphis, Austin to South Carolina. Back home Chris and Nick opened the doors to the first Brothers BBQ on February 5, 1998, bringing together the BBQ memories from their trips and creating their own style of Colorado BBQ. More than 25 years and 8 locations later, the Brothers’ dedication and commitment to providing every guest with outstanding service and always fresh and delicious BBQ.

The GM reached out to me to apologize for the inconsistent food. I’ll give Brother’s another chance as I have had good experiences there in the past.
Thank you to Aaron from Brother’s…
We ordered 2 carry outs of the 2 meat platter and some sides.
The brisket and the pork were slimy, greasy, and full of fat. It was so disgusting, it was inedible. You couldn’t even tell which was the pork and which was the brisket.
One serving of brisket had a huge piece of fat/gristle. I wouldn’t have fed it to my worst enemy.
I called to complain and they told me to email some guy named Aaron with pictures and they would refund us. I sent in the pics and haven’t heard a single word back. Zoom in on the attached pictures and see for yourself how absolutely sickening this “meat” was.
Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5
This was my second chance for the Midway location after a neighbor recommended it. Both times bland and disappointing, I won’t be trying it again. There are other chains in the area that do better for as much or less.
Sides don’t phone it in either. The mashed potatoes are straight-up addictive (we often order a full pint for 2 people, LOL) and the mac and cheese is rich, creamy, and dangerously easy to demolish without realizing what you’ve done.
If you’re even remotely serious about BBQ, do yourself a favor and get over there. This is consistently some of the best BBQ in town, not hype-of-the-week nonsense. Try it once and you’ll understand why people keep coming back.

Ordered the Rib and Meat Special. Food was cold and got about half of what I usually get.
Not sure if I got pork ribs or a small woodland creatures ribs, very small. First time I have ever been disappointed here.
The sides are surprisingly small as well.
The ribs were okay and the staff was nice.
I will not be going back.
