A family-oriented Mexican restaurant serving authentic Sonoran-style Mexican recipes. Fernando’s made-from-scratch sauces, seasoned meats, and signature recipes have become known across the state. Our award-winning margaritas and Sonoran food are rooted from Jalisco, Mexico. All our food is prepared fresh daily, using locally sourced ingredients as often as possible. Sonoran cuisine is known for rich and varied flavors without the spiciness. You want to spice it up? Add our famous hot sauce, a special mix of peppers, chiles and tomato sauce. Fernando’s is locally owned and operated by Mitch & Carole Tempus, both have been in the foodservice industry for over 30 years.

Ordered the combo fajitas. It was suggested we add the “Fernando favorite” which adds cheese and chorizo. It was hot and super delicious.
My entire family all enjoyed their food. Very good value for the money.

First last time.
Sign on the desk upon arriving immediately tells you to give the servers a break – they at least showed up.
Immediately seated in a large booth with a tiny round table. Took awhile for anyone to come over, despite seeing staff and a manager pass us.
No free chips + salsa, no biggie. Chips are DELISH! Best part of the dinner.
Ordered: Chicken Quesadilla + Chili Relenos
No BEUNO.
Chicken tasted reheated and from a pre-sliced bag. Quesadilla filled with an over abundance of what looked and tasted like Colby Jack cheese.
Chili slop was nothing more than a bag or two of cheese – heart attack dish.
Didn’t finish either dish and didn’t take leftovers. Too much cheese covering the lackluster chicken.
Dessert: Fried Ice Cream: DELISH
Price: Fair
Service: Slow
Recommendation: Maybe not go on a busy understaffed Friday night. Parking is limited on busy nights.

Ehhh, again. Pico was not good and we returned immediately.
Food was okay. Still no free chips and salsa. Beans were not authentic and tasted straight out of a can. Fajitas had no flavor.
We showed up on time for our 5pm reservation with a large group. It wasn’t until 6:45 by the time we all received our food. They were not staffed well enough to handle how busy it was during our visit.
I can’t speak for everyone else’s food but mine had no flavor and wasn’t very hot.
I probably won’t visit again anytime soon.
