Basic breakfast with fast service at great prices. Great customer service. I’m giving 4 stars because the fried eggs were q bit under cooked and so was the waffle. The grits and hash browns were excellent. This is always our go-to place on our road trips. Bathrooms were clean.

6/9/25. Awesome breakfast, and the service is amazing. Mindy our server was fantastic so kind and helpful and always right there asking of you needed anything. At one point Mindy left her station at the counter to hold the the exit door for a handicapped women and her husband. She is a WH star. The food is fresh and the place was clean and orderly. Great teamwork at this location!

This is the cleanest and friendliest Waffle House I’ve ever been to. I expected this when they first opened but it’s been years and it’s still this way. The bathroom was spotless. The restaurant is clean and tidy. The entire staff worked well together, communicating effectively. Jewel has a fitting name, she is precious. The true definition of hospitality. They accidentally made an extra cinnamon raisin bread and instead of trashing it, she came over to tell my daughter how her granddaughter first tried it and loved it and wanted her to try. The food was fantastic. Definitely worth a stop!

I have eaten at this location several times and I never learn. I regret going back because most of the employees do not want to serve the patrons of the restaurant. A person could sit 10 to 15 minutes before getting noticed or service, we are just being ignored. There is no greeting upon entering the restaurant indicating they want your business. The night cook cannot make hasbrowns or simple food with out burning it. The attitude of the evening staff is pathetic. WH get new employees that want to work. You probably would make more money.

As someone who has worked in the industry, I truly believe consistency is everything—and that’s exactly what Ashley & Davonte always brought to the table.
They were always consistent, always welcoming, and always worked with such a positive attitude. You could walk in on your best day or your worst day, and they’d still make you feel right at home.
We don’t see them as often anymore, and while there are newer people there now, the vibe just isn’t quite the same or as personable as it used to be. Davonte always made sure our order was made to perfection, exactly how we like it with our over easy eggs. Ashley always greets us with a big smile and makes sure we have everything we need to enjoy our meal and never forgets our Waffle House sauce on the side.

We had not been to a Waffle House for years. When traveling it was our go to breakfast place. This one changed that. Two tables empty but cluttered with dishes. We waited, then asked if we could sit at those tables and told no problem. Long story short after 20 minutes, asking once again, a server finally came and cleaned the table. The other table remained there with dirty dishes another 30 minutes while a customer stood waiting. The place was not crowed. Just didn’t seem to be the friendly, clean Waffle House we remembered. Plenty of staff, just didn’t work as a team.

In all my years going to a many Waffle Houses I’ve never been so disappointed with the experience at this location today. At 1:50 pm on a Sunday (Dec 14 2025) we arrived to an open table. We sat at the table with 0 attention paid to us. No menu, no “were in a shift change..which they were) nothing. The location had 3 tables of guests and 3 at the counter. It was not busy.
The crew were very occupied with shift change. Assuring their employee meals were made. My wife finally after 15 min, and mind you we were in a booth next to the line, asked a cook for help, he said “server to table 3” to which nobody came to our aid. A server clearly trying to wrap her shift did come to us asking us to lift our legs so she could sweep. That’s when we left.
I get shift changes, we used to work in the industry but you at min can acknowledge your guest. Let them know you see them them you’ll get to them. We were clearly purposely ignored.
Craving our Waffle House fix, we drove an extra 30 min to the Titusville location and was warmly greeted and served. Same shift change, same amount of business, but cared for without delay as we normally see at any WH.
I rarely share negative reviews but WH leadership and the management at that location must know how poorly the crew performed today.

I’m practically a regular here at the Eau Gallie Waffle House off of Sarno Rd. The waitress who usually serves me, her name is Ashley, she’s nice & easy-going. Awesome food & service. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.
