I ordered a McGriddle and two hash browns and got a sausage McMuffin and nothing else. When I tried to get it corrected, the guy working the drive thru who gave me the wrong order initially tried to give me a wrong order AGAIN the second time and I had to go out of my way to not accidentally take somebody else’s food, and then when I finally got back to work and opened my food for a second time the McGriddle didn’t have a sausage patty lmao

i work nights and live near by this location. i’ve gone ah couple times this past two weeks and the drive thru person is always so happy, and the older lady at the window to pass food out is such a sweetheart!! food is always correct and easy by the time i get to the second window!!!

This location is seriously a joke! The staff here are trifling and very unsanitary. If you eat at this location or know anyone who does I urge you to use caution while ordering! This is coming from a Restaurant General Manager who’s ServSafe certified so I take these things seriously. Within the last 30 days, once for breakfast once for dinner I’ve witnessed staff making food for customers with no gloves on! That’s very nasty and unsanitary. The first incident the manager got very upset and in his feelings because I called it out. The 2nd incident the female manager working told me “it shouldn’t matter be a it’s not my food” doesn’t matter to me if it’s my food or not. It’s the principle! I’ve reached out to their franchise office both times and it’s just swept under the rug.

Food is always hot and fresh which is rare with McDonald’s! I’ve never had an employee be rude or nasty which is also a breath of fresh air. I also never have to wait long in the drive through even during a rush which is awesome:) thanks!

This McDonald’s really needs to work on quality of food they send out as well as how correct the orders are. This is the second time in a week food has come out absolutely against the way it should look. Not just that when you order fries you expect it to be full. This is yet again not even a large fry.

Great place in the morning Monday thru Friday when Jeffrey is working the drive thru and the old lady cant remember her name she said good morning has my stuff ready as I pull up to the window..Jeffrey is fast friendly and accuracy is key to him. Place has improved in the last year.

service is usually fast. the food is what it is, it’s hot and seems fresh. I usually am swinging by to get an iced tea. Some of the staff are just unwelcoming. If you are fortunate enough to get an older person take your order or serve your food, service will be great. If you get a young person or someone who acts like they don’t know english,? You will question why you bothered to stop here. How hard is it to be friendly? it’s part of the job. Me personally I’m not trying to stop somewhere, especially in the morning to spend money on food and a beverage to get someone’s crappy attitude or have them act like I’m inconvenienceing them by placing an order and picking up my food. It’s always the same employee’s.

Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Did a mobile order was waiting over 15 minutes outside and no one ever brought my order and it was just two drinks. I finally had to walk inside and they hadn’t even made my order yet so when I got my order I asked for the Manager and this young Hispanic guy came up. He’s in the picture attached and instantly had an attitude and asked me why I was mad when he’s frustrated about it being busy like that was my problem that they don’t have enough staff or whatever I asked for his name and he said I don’t have to give you my name and he also advised that he didn’t care if I file a complaint on him or not. Very, very bad customer service.
