Waited 10 min to be addresses only to be told I’d be helped in a minute. Ordered and they overcharged me. Asked for it to be fixed and they were very rude and took back the old food “to see it” and kept it which we all know your not supposed to do. This was supposed to be a BIG hot and ham. Not a sandwich my kid coulda made.

I arrive every Saturday placing an order for breakfast sandwiches. It’s our college football routine. Everytime I arrive Beth and team are super helpful and food is always perfect. Two of the five sandwiches I purchase has cheese removed and they get it right every time. I love going here every Saturday because it’s a hot coffee and the perfect sausage egg croissant sandwich. I hope Beth and her team know that we appreciate their hardwork and great service!! Thank you!!

Went to drive up, had to repeat questions several times, received answers that had nothing to do with the question!! Ordered a bunless or “low-carb” #5 Bacon cheeseburger!! Arrived home, unwrapped my burger and discovered there wasn’t any bacon, not even a bacon crumb!! I called and the woman who answered just said “I’m sorry!” No offer to correct the error or “bring the receipt and we’ll refund the difference” or give you a small drink, nothing!! So I told her I will not return to their store!! She didn’t seem to care!! Really sad way to do business!! Guess that’s why there is hardly anyone there, ever!!

Today I got a breakfast sandwich in the driveway thru, ordered no cheese and it was repeated to me and on the receipt correct. It came with cheese. I didn’t check it until I got to work. I came back at lunch to get a refund and the manager made sparky comments about why did I wait 2.5 hours front the back when the cashier went to get her. I yelled to her that I had to wait until lunch to come back. She was so rude. I just left.

I would have to say the burgers were delish. Granted that the order was made wrong 4 times. I wasnt even upset about it because of Theresa. She was the best at handling us and our obnoxiousness. She said she loved our engery and we made her night. But little does she know. She made our night. She always kept a smile on her face and greeted us happily every time. We will definitely be back to see her. I want to say she was the manager. It was about 830-9pm 9/25. I was 10/10 satisfied with the customer service.

It was 4pm and I had a craving for chicken strips and a milkshake. So I drove myself to Hardee’s. And WOW, Beth is the MOST COMPETENT fast food worker I have ever interacted with. I have 4 years experience in the industry and I know a good employee when I see one. Beth was single handedly doing the following:
1. Taking drive thru orders
2. Cashing out drive thru
3. Bagging up orders
4. Handing them out the drive thru
5. Taking walk in orders
6. Personally walking the lobby orders out to guests
7. Also making milkshakes.
All of this was with an incredible attitude towards all customers. Service was 10/10, I got hot fresh food in a timely manner, especially considering there were two visible employees, doing everything in the middle of a rush. I’m glad I went to Hardee’s today and will be back next time I get a chicken tenders craving.
