Tuesday 11/18 coffee tasted water downed. Came back to get replacement. Same thing. Asked for refund but ended up leaving with a small frappe even though my ice coffee was a large. Returned today 11/20 and got a sausage bagel. Bagel was burned and had sauce was EVERYWHERE. Also wait times are well over 10 minutes for drive thru for simple items.

Ordered ahead of time and waited 20 minutes for them to still not bring the food to my car. Went inside to get the food and they were finally getting ready to bring cold food to the car. The gentleman in a white shirt ( i assume is a manager) said hes remake the food so it would be hot. Only to get to the car and the food is still cold so had to go back inside to have new food prepared. If I could give no stars I would. The service given is completely unacceptable.

I’d give this place about 3 stars. The food was warm and tasted like you’d expect, nothing surprising, nothing special. Service was okay, a bit slow during the rush but still polite. The seating area could’ve been cleaner, though it wasn’t terrible. It’s convenient when you just need something quick. Not amazing, but it does the job.

They were NOT busy. Many menu items were OUT.
I ordered in but the brought my food as if I was leaving. I asked for a tray..it was filthy. So I asked for the paper they used to put on trays .. they were out. The manager didn’t offer me any solutions nor did he apologize or anything. I’m not sure he ever spoke to me at all. so I covered it with napkins. Our cheeseburgers were barely warm. I was very disappointed in this place and won’t go to that store again.

They gave me a burnt non-edible chicken sandwich extremely dry. Could not call the store because the phone is disconnected.

THE WORST MCDONALD’S AROUND!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND GO TO Chatham Heights. Ferry road McDonalds is always slow and the drive through line is out to Ferry road most days, the staff COULD CARE LESS how long customers have to wait and apparently management or the lack there of doesn’t care either. This locations should be permanent CLOSED! DISGRACEFUL we had to wait 30 minutes for “Fast Food”!

Went through the drive thru for a quick dinner. The guy on the speaker had a hard time getting our order. When we got home the chicken sandwich was burnt and basically inedible. The big mac was thrown together (like seriously a huge mess). They also didn’t give us our sauce for nuggets after asking us twice. I know McDonald’s isn’t something fancy but I still expect edible food and it look like the employees care a little.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. If you visit this location please be prepared to wait over 30 minutes for what they consider fast food. The Young staff that they hire to work in this McDonald’s at 5:45 Ferry Road is very unprofessional they are always joking and just hanging around whenever you drive by this McDonald’s the drive-thru line is always out the parking lots and they appear to move at a snail’s pace when preparing orders. There is no urgency with any of the employees there when it comes to preparing orders getting their customers out the door and their DoorDash drivers have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. At times they are not even shown the basic courtesy of a being acknowledged as I have witnessed this several times. They should retrain or rehire an entire new stab starting with management at the McDonald’s located at 545 Ferry Road it is the worst one in all of Virginia.
