Caniac Combo sub the slaw for an extra sauce. You need to get your Texas Toast buttered on both sides. Staff is friendly and great. Food is delicious.

We were greeted right away when we entered and our order was taken quickly. You could tell that there was a new employee working who was asking her teammate a few questions and the teammate was patient and did a great job explaining what to do (and the why behind it). Customer Service was so nice that we sat back and took note that every single customer was greeted upon entering (they were even calling out “incoming guest from the parking lot” reminding everyone to ready up.) Its been a long time since I’ve seen well organized customer service like that so I had to leave a nice comment for your crew working the evening shift on 2/20/26!

I feel like I got duped, or should I say dunked in oil. I just cannot imagine that management wants their food to go out with so much grease. It was kinda ridiculous. My hands, the table, the napkins has so much grease I feel like I could deep fry a whole chicken from just the oil that was on one chicken tender. I get the made to order service, but I would have been happier with food that at least had a moment to let some of the oil drip off. I heard all these amazing reviews but if you read this, just avoid them, unless you like a gallon of oil on your food. Ugh.

Raising Canes consistently delivers on their quality chicken tenders. I love their sauce, which is the reason why I always find myself coming back to Canes.
They did mistake my “The Box Combo” order with “The Three Fingers Combo”, but once I let them know of it, then they corrected it by just adding another chicken tender.
Great chicken for a great price!

This was my fist time Raising Cane experience.
The meal choices are only for breaded chicken tenders either sandwich or meal. 2-3-4-6 pieces choices. We were served politely and promptly. The drive thru was busy, less folks in the store. Everything appeared clean and orderly. Overall it was a good experience.

The chicken seems to have shrunk since last time but it’s still flavorful. 4piece tenders close to $7 is kinda’ steep for what you get so value isn’t there as other places. Chicken sandwich ok but stick with the tenders. Of course the bread is really good so do the combo. All in all it was decent flavors in a very cold (please turn down the AC) establishment.

I come to this location fairly often, and no matter what time of day or night it is always at a standstill, regardless of how many customers.

I went through the drive-thru at this Cane’s, and honestly, it was a pretty bad experience. First off, when I got home, I found two thumbprints on my bread. That’s just weird and gross.
While I was waiting in line, I saw a worker hand a large drink to a lady, and after she took it, she gave it back. The worker actually took it back through the window! Isn’t that, like, illegal in Ohio? Anyway, I ordered a large sweet tea, and now I’m seriously hoping they didn’t give me that rejected drink.
I also asked for my fries and chicken to be extra crispy. The chicken was spot on, but the fries were definitely not. I usually double-check my food, but since the chicken looked good, I assumed everything was fine. Nope.
And to top it off, my bread was flipped upside down in the box, and when I flipped it over, there were those two gross fingerprints staring back at me. I’m really upset, and I’m probably a bit hangry, too, but still, this was a bad experience all around. I won’t be coming back to this Cane’s for a long time.

The great place to pick up some fast chicken and the garlic bread is amazing. They have a new manager and they’re really cleaning that place up.

Stopped by Sharonville for to pick up a product and decided to stop by Cane’s to see what all the hype is about.
The chicken taste good, has a great fried flavor and seasoned well. The breading is very thin and falls off easily. The garlic toast is fluffy, a little sweet, and lightly garlicked. The fries, while well salted, were limp and left a lot to be desired. Cane’s Sauce was pretty good– a little tangy and very black peppery. Complements the chicken well.
