To whom it may concern. Our food was delightful. Beer was cold. Food was hot. Salsa was saucin and cheese was cheese’n. However, our masked server was not servin. Had to ask for refill on chips. Refill on drinks and never got our napkins. Server wasnt rude nor disrespectful, just not there. Hopefully he was having an off day today and others may experience better service.

Dayday was my server this evening. He was great, continued to check on us throughout our meal. He refilled our drinks without us needing to request a refill, he knew. The food was seasoned just right and tasted awesome. The restaurant was busy but I service and kitchen did not fall behind. I was really surprised how the clean up crew was cleaning off tables promptly for new comers. I will come again most definitely. Thank you all.

I would like to leave a public review to compliment the server me and my friends got. We are a group of teenagers so a lot of servers think we will misbehave and leave our table, when I went to the Forney chilis the server was bad talking me and my friends to a table next to us (the table even said that we were not bothering them at all). However, Morgan was super sweet and attentive and even made sure to cancel the game we did not order on the tablet. I never went back to chilis after the last experience I had but Morgan’s service made me enjoy my food in peace and want to go back to the establishment. She should be the staff of the month for sure! Will definitely come back for the good service:)

Had door dash light night. I was called last night to be informed they did not have enough beef for fajitas and asked if I wanted to substitute more shrimp or chicken. I asked for shrimped, order was delivered and once open I was not disappointed. They have enough shrimp! Awesome service and professional conduct over the phone. Ty

First off waitress was amazing but don’t remember her name. Order 3 stakes all came back very very rare when we order is medium rare. Had to send back. Then went it comes back they are all over done. Good thing is the buger was said to be good, and the wings were good. Manager gave us 25% off so I gave a bigger tip to the waitress cause she deserved it.
The men’s restroom was nasty, yes I know i said mens lol. But come on really.

I highly don’t recommend this location is you do want good customer service, hot food, utensils, and refills. We had alright service until we got our food. They left out one dish and after giving out the last dish they proceeded to ask what was that dish we ordered; so we did tell them what is was; it’s was the spicy chicken sandwich. 10 minutes passed by and had to let the manager know that we was still missing a dish. She said “it might not got ringed up.” Them like another 15 minutes passed and another employee asked if we still wanted to go. We did say yes and when it came to pay it still hasn’t came out. So I got up and told the manager to cancel the order it’s taking to long. She proceeded to say “it’s just right there,” not to mention when I walked up to her she rolled her eyes probably because she seen we walking up to her; that was extremely rude. Also none of your food was hot when they came out; nor our appetizers.

My husband and I with our six year old special needs daughter visited on November 24 and had an amazing experience. My daughter was in her stroller and you can clearly see she can not sit up the front staff made sure to accommodate our seating for her from the jump with out us asking. That made me feel so good. I have visited other restaurants that said that could not accommodate her and had to turn and leave. The wait staff was very helpful and nice. The food was delicious.

We went here for valentines day because the wait time at Texas Road House was too long. This worked out better for us because it wasn’t too crowded and all the food was absolutely fantastic. We ate so much that we didn’t even have room for dessert!!! Glad we went here!!

Server got our drinks wrong. Had to ask for our non-alcoholic drinks twice. Never got a refill. Ordered queso just to be told 15 minutes later it wasn’t going to happen. Then food came out wrong. Would have told server but he never came back…
Oh, and out of kids menus.
Maybe it was just a bad day, but itll be a while before we head back.
