I came to this location twice in the past 3 months. The food is always cold!!! Even in the busy morning time. The iced tea was just sugar water, barely any tea flavor. It is so disappointing, McDonald’s is supposed to be the same across the country, this location is the worst I have ever been to. The service inside is terrible, they’ll take your order and disappear in the back. And if you want ketchup, you need to yell for them to come back. The ketchup dispenser by the soda machines is out of service, what is up with that?!

Staff were really nice. Was appalled at nastiness of tables in play area. Asked if could have some antibacterial wipes, was told they did not stock them. Nice worker tried to wash table with wet napkins because he could not find any towels or solutions to use. What happened the strict cleaning during and after Covid? The public is at very high risk of flu, covid, rsv, yet no emphasis of protection for patrons in this McDonalds. SHAME!!!

I have ordered on the mobile app and every time something wasn’t right or missing. When you call the restaurant and explain the problem the night manager is very dismissive or just hangs up. Tonight I ordered food for my son on the app he went to pick it up like 10 to 15 minutes after I ordered, went to drive-thru gave them the code, employee said move forward, and had to wait another 15 minutes. I’m done with this location, and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went through the drove through and ordered a Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuit Meal, extra sausage. HOW do you forget to put the top half of the Biscuit on before wrapping it up??? But then they get pissed when you hold up the line, CHECKING YOUR FOOD BECUASE OF SITUATIONS LIKE THIS!!!!!!! Most of the time, people go through frive through ON THE GO because they are limited on time and DONT HAVE TIME to COME back for a simple ATTENTION TO DETAIL MISTAKE!!!!

We went through the drive-thru. They had enough people in the restaurant, possibly too many women. The manager had the look she was trying to wrangle cats. My girl had ordered a frappe with our breakfast and we were waiting outside for more than 3 minutes for it. When I walked inside, all I saw behind the counter was what could only be described as high school chaos with employees talking to other employees abt unrelated work communication. I still had to wait an additional 2 minutes. And it was a last ditch effort for me to get a little breakfast.

We have gone here many times over the past 6 months and it seems like the last four or five times there is a problem. Sometimes it’s cold food, sometimes it’s the wrong food, but lately it’s been missing drinks, fries, chicken nuggets etc.

I cannot find anything to say bad about this establishment. Easy parking in, and out of the store. The parking lot was very clean. When I entered i was kindly greeted by more than one employee. The food was hot, and fresh. Speed of service was super fast. High recommended.
