I’ll try to keep it positive. First, The waitress seemed to get upset with me because she couldn’t remember what we wanted to drink. I mean, she wrote it down..! Then, when it came to taking my order, she gives me the evil eye..! I ignored it. The coffee was weak and lukewarm. Probably on purpose. I ordered corned beef hash with 2 eggs over easy and was served a plate of what seemed like day old potatoes and lunch meat corned beef! Ya’ll hear me? Lunchmeat…! Everything was greasy and I came nowhere near finishing that disrespectful mess! My brother seemed satisfied with his food so, since he was paying, I kept my thoughts to myself. In my mind, if a person does not like their job they should strive to find another instead of projecting their anger and frustration onto the people they are supposed to by serving. Sure, we were a little distracted in the midst of planning our sister’s funeral, but sub-par food and spiteful service were not a part of our breakfast menu! Needless to say, I will never darken the doorstep of this place ever again and I will tell any friend who asks to beware of evil waitresses. Unless,of course,that’s a part of the “CHARM”..And yes..my brother tipped her on behalf of us both..Good thing I wasn’t paying..

Visited Coffee Cup with my parents while in town. Todd was friendly and because my parents go here weekly, he knew exactly what each of them drank when we came in. Food was good and brought out quickly. Had a great Christmas theme in the restaurant as well! If you are looking for an inexpensive meal that tastes great, highly recommend the Coffee Cup. They serve breakfast all day as well lunch and dinner.

My colleagues ordered food and one of them went to pick it up and the place was completely disorganized. And when she went to the counter the lady asked if she wanted to leave a tip and my colleague said no and the lady said “I guess I am working for free today”. Wow that is rude to say don’t work in customer service unless you can handle it.

Such a cute little place. I’m glad I got a chance to go while in the area. My boyfriend has grown up going there and he says it’s his grandmother’s favorite restaurant. The employees are so nice and sweet. The food is very affordable. My boyfriend and ate for 21 dollars and some change (not including tip). It’s a cozy and comfortable place with a healthy fixation on Rooster Aesthetic .

My mom used to take us here when we were kids. I’m pretty sure the dishes are from when the place first opened lol. Definitely gives you that “back in the day” vibe. The food was good and cheap.

New to the area and seen a nice little dinner nearby. I needed some hot water though I ask them since its just water. When I walked in the 1st lady at the register doesn’t even greets me just looks at me and walks away after checkingout a customer. A server that came from the back ask me if I’m dining in and I say no I would just like some HOT water please while holding my own water cup. She proceeded to walk past the server station to the back sink where I’m sure they use to wash their hands. And get me luke warm water. I say thank you and leave. I poured it out because as someone who has been a server for 5+ years I know how a server station is set up and the hot water dispenser is right there. It cost nothing to show a little kindness.
