I ordered no pickles and they put extra pickles on my burger. I cant have pickles right now for health reasons. I ordered a cone and it is the second time in a week that they gave me a cone where the ice-cream went sideways instead of straight up…dripped all over. It has been a waste of time and money they have not done anything to rectify the problem.

Why is it I never get napkins, asked of sauces for nuggets, ketchup etc when asked when ordering?! This is all the time. It no longer becomes an oversight and accident when its every visit. Why would I need to ask for napkins in a drive thru order?! Should be automatically! Why in drive thru some employees are so mad, rude and crabby us customers didnt do anything to you and are giving you smiles and politness! I miss the days of true customer service when people actually cared and liked there jobs and or at least acted as they did and did worry about the small needed things with and for a meal!

The spicy chicken sandwich had multiple personalities.. It had bits of all different size pieces of chicken, mush chicken, and very tough chicken. I had never had so many different textures in a few bites before. I threw the rest away.. “Bruh”
The happy meals are pretty much just me buying a toy and to play in the play place..
Please, put something in the play area to absorb the party in there. Kids always have a blast in here, and I’m all for it.
The service was very good. My niece wanted to exchange the happy meal toy, and they did it for her immediately and gave her an ice cream to go with it. The workers were very pleasant and made us feel welcomed. I would gladly come back for an ice cream, and the ice cream machine works

What’s the point of ordering on the app if the food is never ready when you get there? The app gets pushed like the Bible in church, but it never actually saves any time. I still end up waiting like I just ordered in person. At that point I might as well just order inside—or skip this place altogether. Every visit seems to come with regret.

Used to always be on the ball but a few months ago nearly every order I’ve done has been wrong. Ask for extra pickles on a burger and get none. Order apple pies and they aren’t there. Order two large fries and get one half filled. Get a 20 piece nugget and have it missing, go back to get it and it is forgotten a second time. It’s bad enough I’ve gotten free meal coupons a couple times now but all I want is the food I needed to feed my kids. Mistakes happen but this is getting ridiculous.

Went there tonight after the tree lighting. Ordered a number 1 (big mac). Missing over half the burger. Only one patty. No bread in the middle. No lettuce. Little sauce. Also got a kids happy meal for my daughter. No fries. No milk with it. Person at the drive thru wimdow tried giving me the next person in lines. Like come on. I get that mistakes happen. But everytime I go there (once every 6 months) my order is messed up.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a #9 and my chessburgers have hard cheese and hard rubbery burger as its been sitting under the lights for a long time. I used to work their so I know whay it looks like. Dear Jenna, this is unset. I came in last night half hour before closing. Ordered a big mac meal and happy meal along with 2 mcchickens and a large fries to go. I get it, it’s almost closing but please explain why my big Mac had no patty and my kid’s 4 piece nugget happy meal only came in 3, and they were old and hard. Couldn’t go back bc by the time I got home and back they wouldn’t closed window by then. 9/7/24 night crew. Not the first time this had happened to me there. Do better.

Out of the 2 Mcdonald’s in West Bend this is the better location. The service is typically fast and the food come out hot. Staff is friendly.
