Fridays I usually get a deluxe combo, a woman named Veronica always takes my order and she somehow makes sure I feel valued and appreciated. She also always have a positive attitude and creates a calm vibing atmosphere, she deserves a raise for how much hard work she has put through to ensure customers get there orders right!!

Pretty good food. Could use more discipline in cleaning their cooking tools so they don’t get leftover burnt pieces stuck to their tools onto the next food order mistaken as rat droppings as in previous customer’s complaints.
Service was ok, but most times they forget a lot of things. I was still charged for multiple limited time sauce packets and food items and I didn’t get them.
Let’s talk location build. Its terrible. There’s only one way in and one way out. Great in shortsighted, but in hindsight, can cause huge traffic and back up orders/lines to the drive thru and in.

We went there today for our evening meal.And in the restaurant, it was freezing like they had the air conditioner on, I don’t understand how people can work, an environment like this and dine in an environment like this.I will definitely not be at this Taco Bell.For the immediate near future , the person that I was with was freezing , and I had to My coat on her so she could stay warm for the amount of money we paid for our food.You think we could add a little heat. Definitely.The manager of this place should take notice.Because you have definitely lost to customers for the immediate near future

Ordered sixty dollars worth of food and they got our order completely wrong. We ordered 3 steak quesadillas and 3 chicken quesdadillas along with 3 doritos tacos and a baja blast. We were given enchiladas and didn’t even receive all six quesadillas. I called to inform the restaurant but no one answered the phone… had a horrible experience. Placed a 6 person $52 order, drove home to find the 2 things I ordered for me weren’t in the bag. Drove back with my receipt and was treated like I was trying to get over or something. No apology, just a window slammed in my face while 4 workers scrutinized my receipt while rolling their eyes. When they opened the window to shove my unbagged, loosely wrapped items at me, I asked if I could order 2 more enchiladas. They said I’d have to go through the line again, which I did, while my poorly wrapped taco came unraveled and lost half its innards. Got home, to realize they never gave me the sauce to go with the nuggets. Trash.

We waited 20 minutes inside for a $7 order. Good food, too long a wait. Lots of cars in the drive thru, 9 customers inside, some eating, some waiting. It seemed like there were plenty of staff members. Ordered at 9:58pm on Friday night. Food at 10:20pm.

The food was ok but the service was lacking. I ordered a grande nacho box combo and after the grease soaked box with my nachos was set in front of me and the guy walked away I had to ask for the soda that went with it. He tells the cashier to grab it for me. She grabbed a very small cup so I told her no the combo comes with a large soda she just stood there not knowing so I had to show her. In my opinion she maybe shouldn’t be working at the front counter.
