Drive thru tonight to grab food heading to the fair. Absolutely we will not be back nor will our friends and family. The tacos had no meat at all. And when we ordered nachos the cheese dip was barely enough for 3 chips. Absolutely terrible. Also ordered supremes had no sour cream.

We went through the drive-thru on Saturday March 7th and Elijah took our order. He is the most friendly and polite Taco Bell worker I’ve run into in a while. Awesome young man. Keep up the good work!

I had ordered a Nacho fries but they never gave me my sauce packs nor my nacho cheese dip. Which was very disappointing because I ate my crunchy supreme taco with NO SAUCE and then with my Steak Quesadilla the cheese wasn’t even MELTED thoroughly and then on top of that I took one bite of it and IT ONLY HAD ONE STEAK IN IT. So they give me no sauce packets, it says on the receipt I received a nacho cheese dip on the side when I didn’t and my quesadillas were cold & barely steak. So disappointing!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. When I entered the store, I was NEVER greeted or acknowledged by no employee. Not a “hello “, “welcome”, “I’ll be right with you” or anything like that. As this is the closest to my home I’ve had countless issues here. I kept giving them a try, well today was my LAST time. Staff isn’t pleasant, white male manager is rude and refuses to help, pushed EVERYTHING back on the app. The app doesn’t make food, why are humans not taking any responsibility. He didn’t even apologize for my food sitting and getting cold. He wouldn’t even hand it to me and it was right behind it. Then another employee tossed it on the counter like trash. Since I ordered on the app, they took NO accountability and gave me cold food and a drink I didn’t purchase. The worst Taco Bell I’ve EVER been too. I didn’t want anything extra or free, just exactly what I paid for or a refund. A simple fix turned into a very complicated 30 minutes event for 1 5 layer burrito and a premade freeze. Took 30 minutes. This is unacceptable. Taco Bell needs to close this location or come in and retrain on how to be courteous and pay attention to the details especially when you pay extra for things like extra meat. NEVER AGAIN! BEWARE, over the years they have consistently messed up mine and others orders.

I’ve never been to such a rundown Taco Bell. From the poor AI order taker. Getting everything wrong. To the very poorly hygienic man behind the window who needs to learn manners. Take pride in what you do. Do it to the best that you can. Don’t give the customers grief because you apparently hate your job. Now I know why there’s so many poor reviews at this Taco Bell location. Do better

Ordered via door dash and my food order was only half correct. My soft taco had lettuce (which I ordered without) and my Doritos Gordita wasn’t even a Doritos one plus it didn’t have any of the extras I had added, on it….. Tried calling the store and it just rang until someone hung up. Very poor service from them.

Anoviyah, is the absolute best employee at this particular Taco Bell. She is incredibly friendly, helpful, and courteous. I had a complicated order and she ensured it was accurate.
She is the epitome of what customer service in a food industry looks like. I won’t be surprised if she has her own franchise or business on the future.

Just ordered a number 1 (3 hard shell Supreme tacos with drink) and a beefy 5 layer burrito (no beans) for dinner and I was disappointed. There was a 20 min to 25 min wait (drive thru) and the food still ended up being cold. Top it off, they gave me a regular soft taco and wrapped in with a bigger tortilla shell, passing it off as a five layer beefy burrito. This burrito had no layers of beef, no sour cream, and a dash of Nacho cheese. They didn’t give a recipe otherwise I would take this back. My order was 13.89 and I received food around 9:30 pm

Let me start off by saying i absolutely love Taco Bell, by far my favorite fast food establishment. But this location in particular is absolutely terrible. It’s a known thing around town in fort Walton that this particular location is just god awful.
Service is terrible and there’s no effort or care with the workers here. Also times they open and close, are never accurate, online 9am-1am, this location won’t open till like noon and close at 8 sometimes, also their workers are RUDE, and they never get something so simple right. Some days they won’t even open at all and will ignore you while your sitting in the drive thru or waiting at the door and just stare at you, MIND you during the times they are OPEN.
This is no hate to the franchise it’s self but this location is absolutely astonishing how awful it is. At that point just close this one down because the workers they bring in are entitled and lazy. I mean look at all the other reviews on this location, it’s telling within itself.

Extremely slow service and you’re better off going through the drive-thru since that is their main focus. I came in to Taco Bell for a take out and 4 cars showed up after me and got their orders promptly. I was put last.
