I can’t say enough good things about the amazing team at the Burger King in SODO! They helped us feed our middle school theater troupe — over 100 hungry kids — and they went above and beyond every step of the way.
The general manager, Jesus, was absolutely incredible — kind, organized, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went perfectly. A huge shout-out also to Elizabeth, who worked right alongside him with such a great attitude and smile the entire time. The whole staff was friendly, fast, and so professional.
The restaurant was spotless, the food was hot and fresh, and everything was ready exactly when we needed it. And when we realized all the food barely fit in my SUV, Jesus even offered to follow me in his own car to help deliver it! That kind of thoughtfulness and teamwork is so rare these days.
I’m beyond grateful for their help — they made a huge job feel easy, and the kids were thrilled. Thank you, Burger King SODO, for going above and beyond and for being such a wonderful part of our community!

Not sure of who the woman was working the window on March 2, 2026 after 4pm, but when she can’t understand something she would frown and have an attitude. (English wasn’t her first language.)
Nevertheless, cameras would show that we remained calm and told her the name on the mobile order.
She left the window, and for some reason I noticed a guy peek from around the sandwich area for a several seconds and the went back. Not sure what that was about, but it did make me concerned for the food that we paid for.
Once the woman came back to the window, she said they don’t have any lemonade. I asked her what other types of juice do they have available, she told me hi-c orange and fruit punch. I told her fruit punch was fine. She went over, got ice in the cup (which on the mobile order it said “no ice”). She brought the cup over, and as nicely as possible I mentioned that I didn’t want ice, and she got loud with me saying that I should have told her that.
She didn’t give me time to speak other than to answer with one word answers before she closed the window.
She came back with the “Fruit Punch” telling me to have a nice day, and surprise surprise either they needed to refill the syrup in the machine or she gave me half juice half water.
If you’re willing to risk someone playing with your order because of their lack of understanding of what the order actually was, mixed with a side of unjustifiable attitude, this is the Burger King location for you.

A very bad experience to eat with a family, there were only 3 employees, I ordered 4 whoppers and I had to wait 34 minutes, the bathrooms were closed, the sodas tasted like plastic we could not take them, the business seems abandoned, the attention of the guys who were working was not adequate, if they can not maintain the franchise better close because they need staff, if you are going to eat with family this is definitely not the place

Bro, they didn’t even get my order right. I asked myself, “why does this place look so empty?” It’s because this location in particular sucks. Asked for 2 doubles, got 2 singles. Order was ready 30 seconds after ordering which sounds good but its probably because they made a bunch in the back and use the microwave. Ate a meal from Wendy’s 3 hrs later. Ain’t having it your way other here!

To be honest with you, I was going to give probably three stars, but they parked me up in the front. I think it was the manager that I was at the window, kind of rude and didn’t greet. It’s just what do you want type of thing which was kinda rude. I did park in the front and I must say Julio came and gave me my bag and Julio is a beautiful specimen. I’m guessing majority of your business is in the drive-through you need to put Julio in the drive-through the customers need to see Julio. Let’s get these stars back up to five stars.
