Okay so I go to this McDonald’s often but today was a horrible experience and it sounds like to me it’s going to be my last experience at this McDonald’s cuz I’ve been trespassed. So let me tell you what happened I was trying to go drive-thru with four different orders and I told him I can do two orders at once and then come back around and do two more but they told me I have to come inside the store which means I’d have to wait my turn again after already and waiting my turn so I go inside the store I order my food and everything I get on my food and then I asked for the corporate number because when I was in the Drive-Thru Chelsea the manager tell me if I didn’t like it I could call corporate so after I got my food I asked for the corporate number she got very Snappy and said it’s on my receipt so I got Snappy back because I’m a customer you guys have a job because of customers and it was a lot of back and forth keep in mind I’ve already paid for my food and they forgot something they forgot my milkshake so I go back inside the store to get my milkshake and tell me I have to leave but I’ve already paid for my stuff and I want my stuff so I left and someone brought it out to my car which was fine I was going to leave it at that I went to the gas station down the street and checked my order and they forgot my cheese so i tried to go back through the to get it replaced or to buy two more sandwiches with the cheese on it I’m not trying to get anything for free I offered to pay again to get my sandwiches right but they told me to park and wait in a spot so I did but I wasn’t met with my replacement sandwiches I was met by a cop and I had to explain what was going on which was just a customer trying to get his food the correct way. So this manager Chelsea told the cop I threaten her with my girlfriend and that I was lying, that was dumb but since I’m a liar I gave the cop my receipt with the food that was messed up so how do I lie about that exactly he took my food in the receipt back inside the store and I guess since she was caught in a lie she refused my service and had to cut trespass me so now I cannot go back to McDonald’s in New Richmond and get food after getting treated like crap I would not shop here and have to deal with Chelsea that would find another McDonald’s to do your business with.

Every time I get something from there it looks like it was stomped on. The Big Mac middle and bottom buns were the thickness of a cracker. It was like trying to bite through cardboard.

We were in at the New Richmond McDonald and used the kiosks to place our order. When we received our order, the worker who brought it to us was very nice, but she forgot the sweet and sour sauce that was on the order which was no big deal. So I went back and ask if I could get one the girl at the register stated “I don’t know, can you?” and walked off. I had to wait until the next person came up which looked to be the person in charge and I told her what had happened and asked if I could please had a sweet and sour sauce and she got it for me and I asked her is that how you treat your customers and she said no and walked off. If you’re going to hire high schoolers, how about teaching them some manners and work ethics. If I didn’t stop and buy food from them they wouldn’t have a job. Hope the owner reads this. Enough said.

I visited this location for lunch, their wasn’t many workers I noticed. It took about 5 min for the manager with no name tag to take my order, I ordered 2 large fries with no salt and a large strawberry banana smoothie, and 2 apple pies. When I received my order, I noticed that my fries was not full or satisfying and I asked for more fries. The manager refused to help me with More fries with a terrible attitude! I then asked for my money back, and she refused to give me my money back and walked away after asking me to leave, I was very hurt and hungry and confused why she couldn’t return my money after asking numerous times, and also the poor services and her energy was terribly strange. I then had no choice but to pull my phone out to record her behavior towards me a customer. I just wanted a decent order of fries or my money back. She then came back to register while I recorded her, and she returned my money. I missed my lunch all because of the way I was treated, I was treated like I was not welcomed and very much was disrespected. How can a manager treat or show such I’ll manners at a supposed kid friendly fast food restaurant. And I will be posting the video and the order of fries.

Friendly service however it depends on the time of day when you go.. it’s sort of a hit or miss and I believe it’s up to whomever is managing. Typically I’ve never had any problems other than waiting in a long line but that’s usually in the afternoon/evening… today I went in the morning (7am) and it was easy and breezy.. and the sandwich was beautifully made

I have given this location a few visits before reviewing. They have been very slow in the morning. I understand lack of staff but they also forget something from my order each time. The people who work their are kind but there is always a mistake with our orders

I would despise being the district manager of this branch. But you know what they say the fish stinks from the head down. What truly goes on here?! Hair in food, wait times higher than Frishes down the road, wrong orders, etc. My life is far from boring, but I would love to be a fly on the wall to witness stupid people in their natural habitat. Not everyone there is horrible, but holy hell can we at least educate the staff on beverage sizes!. I’m tired of paying for a medium and getting a value kids cup every go here!!! Step this location up it’s so weak!!!

(Used to) visit this location nearly every day for breakfast. I always get a bacon egg and cheese bagel and a frappe. Today I asked for an extra shot of espresso and the result was a 3/4 full extremely melted frappe, of which I asked for a refund. They didn’t refund the proper amount. They shut the window in my face and wouldn’t open it again. When I went in to get the full refund I could hear the employees complaining about me (loudly). Extremely unprofessional. I always have issues here and have overlooked them. I worked in food service for 10 years. I never complain or leave bad reviews but I’m so disappointed in the lack of respect. I’d never audibly complain about a customer in front of them. What a shame. I’ll take my ~$200/month I spend on breakfast and spend it elsewhere. I know extra shots make the frappe more melted, but as a former barista, it’s not hard to actually fill a cup up all the way. Or add a little extra ice and put it in a large cup. I’ll never eat at this location again.

Okay, I don’t ever write reviews but like this is ridiculous. Like first of all I work at a McDonald’s so I know what it’s like. So when I go somewhere and they messed it up I try and be understanding because they are busy. But I went through and I didn’t even order much. I was the only person in line the whole time. My Mcchicken was thrown together. Like the bun was completely folded in half just laying there. I waited for 15 mins for 3 items. Mind you I was literally the only one there. This is why I don’t come here.
