Came into the lobby. They said they forgot to lock the door. Go thru drive thru. I ask can I take my order and I’ll go thru drive thru? No, I don’t know how to work the cashier. So in order on the app. 1 burger. I get to window and he says we’re so backed up. It’s gonna take 5 minutes. Ok I said. Then he says at least 5 minutes. There’s 2 cars in the line. This dude with white hair old and tall completely ignores me. I’ve worked 12 hours and just want 1 burger. It was too much for him and his workers to achieve. I saw 3 people in there. Again, one burger.

I went to Wendy’s this morning 1/31/2026 as I usually do. and the service was terrible. since they have changed Management, the timing of getting the orders out has changed. I needed my receipt. the machine wasn’t connected to internet. which that’s understandable. but why not tell me that beforehand. Because I want to get my points for every dollar I spend there. thank you and do better before you lose your morning traffic.

I will never go to this Wendy’s again. We were in the area for a doctor’s appointment and needed to get some lunch. Whomever is over cleaning needs to be replaced, the floors were sticky, the bathroom was awful. We had to wait 15 minutes for our food. You would have thought it would be fresh but it was cold and they ended up giving spicy nuggets instead of regular nuggets.

As I was in line. I could hear the order taker talking to the person in front of me.. She sounded kinda irritated but was very friendly to me. ♀️ I observed the restaurant’s exterior to be VERY clean… no trash in the parking lot… or anywhere around the store.. I was also able to see the fryers were very clean.✨️ Overall… as a previous GM it is obvious to me, THIS store manager and team are taking visible steps to provide great service and food. Estella rated her Bacon egg and chz egg muffin a 10/10.. I had the sausage breakfast croissant w/chz…it was “ok” the egg was kinda “rubbery” …

It would help if they actually answered the people in the drive thru. Waiting to order. Waited almost 15 minutes just to never get a response or anything. This has happened 2 times within the month. Honestly just close the place down if you dont wanna take orders.

Ordered a classic chicken sandwich, no tomato, light mayo. They made the order right, and the staff were very friendly. However, this “food” and “chicken” is questionable.. They charge me over $10 for this combo “Meal”?
Wasted $$, I threw the sandwich in the trash. Last time I go to any Wendy’s chain for sure.

They are always out of something. Whether that be lids for cups, nuggets, or all sides. Additionally, we’ve received orders with no meat before. They tell us to cancel our order on the app for a refund, yet the app won’t let us. Very unhappy with our experience at this location.
