I fell asleep to a Gary Owen Skit about Chicken Quesadillas and woke up craving it, decided to order from Chilli’s through DoorDash since they were open late. The food was filling, fresh, and tasteful. Loved how my order was well packaged for delivery. I also ordered the chips & salsa with the Chicken Crispers, I then discovered that they discontinued the Corn on the Cob. R.I.P. Chilli’s Corn on the cob, you buttery diva. But I would definitely order again. The quesadillas filled a spot in my life that rejuvenates my charisma. Thanks Chilli’s ️

We got there and it was pretty busy we came during lunch so it was expected. We got our drinks and then our appetizer within 15 minutes of us sitting down and then our server took our order. Service was great up until then, about 25 minutes went by and our food wasn’t out which was weird because 2 different tables that we seated after us had got their food and apps already. We asked the server what was going on and she just said that “our food took longer to cook than theirs so that’s why they got it first.” We said okay and waited…10 more minutes went by and i asked one of the servers to grab a manager. She went and told the manager we wanted to talk to her and she came back and told us “she’ll be over when she has a minute” and walked away but she sounded annoyed. At this point we are pretty pissed off because there was another table with 6 PEOPLE that got their food and we still don’t have ours. The manager comes over and we explain what’s going on. She’s very kind and agrees that we should have our food by now. She comes back and tells us the ticket got lost in the rush with all the big parties and people but they are making it now. We get our food and our server finally comes around with drink refills. We’re eating our food and we hear her at one of the other tables telling them that we were complaining and to be honest she was being completely un-professional. The manager tells us she took the food off our check. We ask our server for boxes and a bag after she finally comes back to the table. We were there probably and hour and a half now. She brings just the boxes. She comes back and we ask her for a bag. She drops it off at our table and says “Have a better day.” To be honest i’ve never had a bad experience at chilis but this was just terrible. If i ever get that server again definitely going to be requesting someone different. She was not attentive enough, has an attitude, and VERY un-professional. This was not quite the experience I hoped for when going to lunch today.

Although the restaurant was a little short-staffed early on in my visit (during late afternoon Happy Hour), the staff that was present was very friendly, attentive, hospitable, and worked together well to ensure all customers were attended to well. And the food and drinks were Superb, and really hit the spot!!!

I’ve never had a more pleasant experience at any more fine dining experience in my life.
Today I came into Chilis for the first time ever on a road trip, very excited to see this establishment from tik tok trends of the triple dipper.
Zoey picked up the phone, I explained my situation to them and called right before they were about to close, but she was ready and proceeded with my wishes
They were so fun to chat with, and they made me feel very welcome, the energy and hype here is beyond amazing.
Nikki & Zoey were absolute rockstars, and I’ll never forget them.

It wasn’t busy when we arrived at 830p.m without a reservation, so we were sat at a booth right away and our server came to the table fairly quickly afterwards. She was young and friendly but did not posses certain … Skills? Once we sat down she took our drink orders right away and then asked us what we wanted for food when we had only been there barely 5 minutes .. She was knowledgeable about the menu though but walked away without taking the last food order for our table and then came back after she realized that. The food was actually great (once again it wasn’t busy), came out looking good from the appetizer to all of our entrees. The atmosphere was chill (830p.m on a Monday night) so in all honesty I wish we’d had better and more attentive service for the lack of them being busy.

Convenient and easy parking. There was no one at the counter and had to wait for a kind of rude lady usher. Overall ambience of the place is excellent. Food served was excellent and the server Mathew was very polite, courteous and efficient. Cleanliness was also on the spot except the spoons provided for the dessert.

My wife is a lover of Chili’s. We’re moving to the area next month from Charlotte NC and had to try the local Chili’s. It is by far the best location we’ve ever been to. We were met friendly and seated quickly. Our server was Caleb. He said he was new, but he was killing it with friendliness, timing on appetizer to meal, refills for drinks, etc. The food was also right on. Steaks cooked as asked for and the food runner even asked if we’d like to cut them before he left to make sure! We will be back!

Stopped after swim meet. Service was a little slow, but it was later in the evening. We received a huge helping of chips and salsa while we waited for our food. Portion sizes were large. Food came out hot and was really good….Waitress was friendly and prices reasonable. Will definitely go back again

Great music, very friendly staff! Misty our waitress is a sweetheart. Ethan new to the company and was very helpful to Misty. Corben the manager, was fantastic! Definitely coming back and recommending to anyone looking for a good place to eat.
