surprised to see all the positive views for this location when the staff are unresponsive and stuck up to customers. waited 15 minutes MINIMUM for our food to be ready (just food, not drinks.) seating is small and limited due to people just coming in for free wifi/loitering yet staff mean mugs people waiting for their food… lol. dont bother requesting extra straws/cup because theyll stare at you like you arent speaking coherently and whisper to eachother before going back to dilly dallying

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever tried! The staff and franchise should be ashamed of themselves. Complete and utter failure, you have literally one job and can’t even make a simple Mexican pizza. Or complete an order properly. I added 10 packets of sauces and didn’t even receive one…

Apparently the restroom is whites only. This taco bell is ran by a group of brown people. I, a black man came in, ordered food and attempted to use the restroom after I saw that it was available. The main cashier told me no, and pointed to the a sign on the door that says it’s out of order. After telling me no, they immediately let a white man use the restroom infront of me. After asking about it again, the main cashier turned me down again before letting another white man in before me. Racism has no place in our city and we must all be treated equally. Management offered no solution or explanation. I was only able to use the restroom after the white man who went in before me finished and held the door open.
We work hard in this city to make it a place
for all people to come and feel safe and taken care of. And things like this disrupt that unity and has no place here.
As a longtime consumer of the brand I am heartbroken and will not return.

Service was fast even though there were few order before mine.
There are bathrooms, require code.
There were like 4 sitting areas, and standing eating area.
Great location.
