This place is always filthy. They never keep the bathrooms clean, there’s dried up blood that’s on the baby changing table and it’s been sitting there for 6 months. They clean their toilets with the same mop that they mop their floors with. YES A MOP!! You are sitting on a toilet with mop water that just touched their floors! Why they mop their toilet seats? No idea. But IVE SEEN THEM DO THIS! Their Lobby is always a mess. And their food is absolutely disgusting. This is what they gave my husband over the weekend yall. Presenting: The new big arch. More like Presenting: the new bloody burger. He didn’t realize he was eating a raw burger because all he could taste was the sauce, as soon as I looked over at his sandwich I realized it was bloody and raw, by this time he had already ate half of it. We threw the rest of it away! Luckily he did not get sick from it. Only reason why I didn’t call this in is because I don’t want any replacement burger from them. I don’t want any food EVER from them. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT! This place is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! DO NOT EAT HERE unless you want your burger mooing back at you !!! If you cannot grill a burger the right way stay off the grill. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS! And there’s NO WAY they didn’t know just by looking at it that this wasn’t cooked long enough, that’s also what they have timers and thermometers for! They did this because they don’t care and they are lazy and lousy! Usually I don’t like making negative reviews like this but people need to know the risks they are taking when they are eating here, this is a serious health risk to the customers. So I’m sorry to come off as rude but I’m not completely sorry for speaking the truth, this could have got my husband sick and kids eat here too, not just adults!! Know what you are taking the chance on giving your kids when you go here! And also know the chances you are taking when you eat here in general! BEWARE!!

Stopped in for a quick breakfast at the Rogersville McDonald’s,we already had drank coffee so we only wanted water, when she rang it up I saw a charge for 3.19 I ask what that was for and she said 2 small waters, I said you’ve got to be joking she said no that’s the charge, so I ask what a soft drink was she said 1.69 …. Can you believe McDonald’s? They’re flipping STUPID.SORRY WAY TO DO BUSINESS ….. NEEDLES TO SAY WE WON’T BE GOING THERE ANYMORE!!!!!

i have gotten food here for awhile. there have been multiple occasions where something is wrong; chicken nuggets aren’t fresh and taste disgusting, fries are cold and plain, burger buns are slightly hard and sometimes taste disgusting. other times the food has been amazing. sometimes they mess up the whole order. even times when it has been a mobile order they still have messed it up multiple times. i hope things get fixed here. have a talk with your staff and make sure they are double checking the order.

I don’t know what has changed since it’s been awhile since my last visit but it’s definitely a better experience. The service was excellent. Joan the cashier was engaging and helpful. The dining area is very clean now as well.

Good Coffee, friendly service. Even without salt on burgers, not really good. Nuggets I would rate the least tasty if any fast food spot not too many redeeming things to say. Maybe go somewhere else.

This use to be one of my regularly visited places. It use to be a great place for family and friends. These days it seems that some of the staff are rude, disrespectful and do things on purpose. There are better options, healthier foods and places to take my business that would appreciate me as a customer. I had a simple order this morning,I get to work and hour away, it’s wrong, but the sticker on it spells out clearly what it should be a sausage egg and cheese biscuit but I got a sausage biscuit with two pieces of cheese. I don’t like paying for something, them taking my money and giving me less that what I paid for. They simply ignore the phone and when you tell them of their mistakes, they act as though you are a liar. I will attach two photos showing the sticker and the biscuit. I have been treated this way by multiple McDonald’s and the same family owns or has bought them all in my area.

Kind of upset for the simple fact that I have gone to several different McDonald’s and have gotten a large drink with the monopoly pieces on it so I went to my local McDonald’s got three drinks and there’s no Monopoly pieces whatsoever on it. Kind of pissed off.

I went today on Christmas and there was a very sweet lady name Taylor working she was working so hard running non stop and then a young manager with long blonde hair was being very hateful rolling her eyes and just treating her awful because she went to run the register because no one else was there to do it so Taylor started ringing people up and of course the young manager started treating her wrong and it’s not right because Taylor has been working so hard ….Its so wrong the managers think they can treat people like that and the women Taylor has been working her butt off since I walked through the door
