We ordered a hot Carmel apple cider that was seen on the menu. It was approximately 7:30 pm when we ordered. We were told that they turned off the equipment and wasn’t making anymore for the evening. My wife ordered cheddar baked potato soup before her main course. Manager came out five to 10 minutes later and said they just ran out of it and that they are making a new batch. It finally came after the main course arrived. It did not come with bacon and onions as advertised.It was also luke warm.
There were only three tables that had customers when we arrived.

Think twice about to go order. Mine had the green beans in with the country fried steak, so the breading absorbed the liquid and these is gravy in the green beans. I also ordered a side salad, no tomato as I am allergic. It still has the tomatoes so I cannot eat it either. Hopefully my slice of pie is decent so I have that and rolls to eat. They got my husband’s own order correct

My wife and I stopped in Tuesday afternoon and we were seated very quickly. Angie was our server and let me tell you, she deserves a big raise/promotion! This was our first time at this particular Bob Evans location, and we were very happy with how prompt and attentive Angie was. However, Angie was much more than a good waitress. She was also playing the role of hostess, cashier, and bussing tables!!!! Yet, she zipped around as if on roller skates making it all look effortless. I do hope that Angie gets recognized by management at the very least, and hopefully the owner of this location promotes her to be a part of their management team. Thank you Angie!!!!!

$16 on door dash for like 4 noodles and 2 chunks of chicken. Most expensive mashed potatoes ever. We got two orders of the same and both look this bad.

Had steak tips and mash potatoes and corn very delicious, the silverware not that clean my friend had fish je didn’t like. My food was great. Service good she could smile more. Thank you.

I purchased two family meals for a party. The first meal was a turkey and stuffing meal the stuffing was not very good at best The turkey slices were extremely thin. The rolls were good The salad was good but we were supposed to get a banana bread with one of the dinners which we did not get. There were plates and plastic silverware but there was no better at all for the rolls. My bill was $138 and change for the two meals with a pecan pie. The quality I am used to at Bob Evans was not in this meal for that kind of money I was very disappointed.

We had Bob’s family feast for Thanksgiving Dinner this year. Everyone (6 people, 4 adults and 2 teens) was happy and full, and we had plenty of food for yummy leftovers. All the food was delicious, the turkey with moist and seasoned to perfection and the ham was just as delicious.

I had Called in a salad, 20 minutes to make plenty of time. So at 25 minutes called spoke with ? No name given. I stated I ha a pick up at 7.00. The response was yeah????. Okay I asked about it she said they were busy. Now remind you there was not even 6 cars in the parking lot. I told her if it wasn’t out by 7:10 I want a refund. It does not take that long to prepare a salad. Amazing a minute later Ashley brought it out.

We arrived at 7 am very hungry for breakfast after driving from Minnesota. They were short staffed and the few working were doing a GREAT JOB! THE wait staff kept smiles on their faces and did the best they could with what they had to work with or not work with! Food was good, hot. Once again, two thumbs up or five stars for the workers that morning!
