I think the provided pictures say it all, except for the fact that my order was missing a burger. The two burgers I received looked like someone pulled from the dumpster and slapped it between two buns and called it a day.
Spoke to someone in charge this morning, but she said to come back when a manager was here, no time for that today, so i called the 800 # and they were supposed to call me back between 12 and 2:00 pm… It’s almost 7:00PM now.
I just want a refund…
Kios did not print me a receipt…. my order was #700
No vouchers, no more invites back to this store.
On the next episode of DooDoo kitchen….
$38.00 for three large value menu meals, plus a chocolate shake.

I loved this McDonald’s. I rarely review places but I felt today warrented it. I stopped by after a tattoo session to grab a quick dinner. The man taking my order was very patient with me and quick in taking my order. When I got up to the window he complimented my tattoo and then when I pulled up to grab my food the woman was equally as nice and asked how my night was going and complimented my tattoos as well! Very positive interactions while also being quick in drive thru. I read some of the other reviews and saw how unkind and impatient others can be, especially in the morning when theyre probably swamped with orders. I hope everyone working knows how great a job theyre doing, especially working customer service, and that other customers can be kinder❤️

The worst McDonald’s we’ve visited, and the only reason we go to this location is that it’s close to my home. It feels like a constant ripoff; they always forget the same things. In this case, we paid for hash browns with two breakfast plates, but they were missing, mcMuffin, hash browns, honey, and plastic forks. I don’t understand why the McDonald’s Corporation doesn’t review these complaints, take action, or even agree that customers are being robbed this way.

They concentrate way to heavily on the drive through. If you come inside you are guaranteed to wait longer than if you just go through the drive through. There could be 15 people inside and they will maintain focus on drive through. Its a miracle if someone even pays any attention to the people inside.

Quick stop getting a drink and some hot fries before the return trip to Prince William County. This location was a little busy, but the drive-through service is fast as always, with friendly employees manning the windows.

I used to really enjoy eating at this restaurant, but this is the second time I’ve found hair in my burger, and it completely puts me off my food. I find it unhygienic that the staff work without hairnets and that hair ends up everywhere in the food, or at least in the burgers. That was definitely my last time in that restaurant. I’m simply disgusted.

If you order on the mobile app do not request in store pick-up. The young gentleman working the register passed me multiple times and was blatantly ignoring me. I waited for my food assuming that something wasn’t done cooking. Only after I leaned over the counter to grab a kitchen staffs attention did he finally ask if I needed assistance. I told him my order number and discovered I had been looking at my food all along…..sitting on the kitchen side counter in front of the warmers, not the pick up window. I know from working at a McDonald’s that customers aren’t allowed behind the counter. So I stood for over 10 Minutes waiting for food that was actually ready because the register staff was refusing to acknowledge me.

The food here is usually good, or at least, what you’d expect of McDonald’s. However, upon ordering McCrispy tenders, I bit into one and noticed that the middle of a particularly thick piece was raw. This is unacceptable and regardless of previous good experiences, raw food should NEVER make it to the customer. That is a genuine health hazard and I am lucky to have noticed before swallowing it. This establishment is usually very good, but this in particular is unacceptable.

We waited there for a long time an employee who was on break. Was nice enough to come over and take care of us even though nobody else paid any attention while we’re waiting to order. Then the manager started fussing at the kid for not putting his shirt on the correct way and it made me very uncomfortable All he was trying to do is be nice and help out and the manager went way out of his way to ride him and to be excessive. What could have been a nice meal and a nice day and turn it into a very uncomfortable awkward situation we will not be coming back to this McDonald’s ever again!
