One of the best restaurants in CU area to hang out with friends and families. The servers were very attentive. The food was made to perfection with quality ingredients. Last time we brought two kids (6 and 7yo), they provided kids menu and crayons. The kids enjoyed the experience just as much as the grownups did. Reservation is recommended during busy hours.

A great little restaurant/sports bar/pub with a large selection of beers, a good drink menu, and a large food menu.
There are several vegetarian options on the menu, and they also have great salads.
Their sweet potato fries are probably the absolute best that I have had anywhere! I would definitely return here just for those!
We had lunch here with friends and the food and service were very good.
Prices are reasonable, too.

My husband brought me here for a lunch date, and the food was amazing. It was plated well. They have very large portion sizes, so the leftovers are a whole second meal! We ordered the prime rib philly with roasted asparagus and a monterey mushroom burger with sautéed onions and sweet potato fries. Their sweet potato fries are seasoned, sweet, not salty. (Which is delicious.) They have coke products.
There is plenty of additional parking with enough space for an RV to park and get in and out of the lots.

Came here for a quick lunch when I wanted a burger.
Service was pretty good , other than I asked for multiple limes for my water and only got one. Also I needed napkins and my server wasn’t around but I was able to get the attention of someone else who helped me. I did ask for regular fries and got sweet potato , though I enjoyed those fries instead.
Bathrooms were pretty clean even though it was busy as well as bar and dining area.
Food was good and came out hot and fresh even the fries. Only problem was shortly after eating I had bad heartburn. That only happens when food quality is low.
Overall I enjoyed myself. Though not a first choice to go back to.

Just ate there tonight for the first time and last time. We had a party of about 8 and our waitress after the food order went in went completely ghost. Never came by to ask for a refill and I asked the waitress and the runner both for malt vinegar and both said yes be right back with that.. did it come back.. nope. And she never asked how things were until we stopped her to ask for a Togo box cause I didnt even want to finish my food. Absolutely terrible service.

Grilled cheese, mashed potatoes and potatoes skins were great. Mixed review on the nachos. First they are huge. We had the chicken nachos. Probably 8-10 inches tall. Split them with at least 3 people. Tasted great going down! This is not a ding on the food or resturaunt but for me it acted as a colonoscopy prep as it may have had a lot of garlic or onion salt in the cheese. Those don’t agree with me that if used heavily. Great atmosphere and bar area. Will return.

Consistently good food. Service was on point, leaving us wanting for nothing. Place was clean, as was place settings, bathrooms, and even menus (which is rare). I had a kale & quinoa salad that’s good and flavorful. 4 stars for an obviously dirty front door handle and I feel the menu should be refreshed.

Been going to Billy’s for 3 years now, ever since we moved into the neighborhood. I have had some outstanding meals there, equally important, I have never had a bad meal there! Meaning, the consistency at Billy Barooz is nothing short of phenomenal! Stand out meals I’ve had there include: the salmon, (in all its forms), the pasta dishes, the ribeye sandwich (which is my personal favorite), the Caesar salad, the fries, and wow, the sweet potato fries! I could go on but you get the point. As for the service, it is also exceptional. I have never had an issue with how my meal arrives or how I’m treated. Billy’s is, in my opinion, the “fine dining” version of a sports bar. In a town that has very few actual fine dining establishments, it’s nice to know that there is a handful of casual dining places that won’t disappoint when it comes to tasty meals in a comfortable, fun environment. Billy’s is that type of place!
