The service is unmatched. The staff was attentive, ensuring everything was perfect without being overbearing. Their attention to detail made me feel like a VIP!!! My favorite item in Main Bird is their grilled chicken wrap which is best partnered with their flavorful fries. I think their wrap is a healthy option since it has some veggies in it.
However, I ordered this item for lunch earlier and tasted something off with the chicken. Only to find out that the meat is undercooked! I am disappointed because I always expect quality food every time I order here and I recommend this place to my friends. I guess that changed today and I won’t be ordering in this branch again unless there are improvements in their quality. How about a food thermometer and making sure the meat is above 160F? Nevertheless, this quality is unsafe and a health hazard for those who consume raw chicken. Be careful.

We drove from Friendswood to this pearland location and we were IGNORED by the cashier lady the second we walked in at 7pm. When trying to place an order the young lady at the register was not helpful and had a horrible attitude when we simply asked one question and she then told us to leave with yelling at us saying BYE several times. I did ask her what her name was and she said it was none of my business, I then asked to speak to a manager and she mentioned the establishment didn’t have one. This was such a horrible experience. I did attach a photo of the ride young lady since she couldn’t give us her name.

I was excited to try this spot out. But unfortunately I regret going and spending my money here. Because I felt like it was a waste of money spent. I got the loaded mac & cheese, the Asian one. It was a bowl of pure … idk what to call it. I think it was like $15 and did not have any meat. Well, if I had to guess… it was one chicken strip diced up in it. Definitely wasn’t worth the cost. Maybe it was a bad night… it was kinda late. (No excuse)
My daughter got the tacos (not appealing) and the twins got strips. They looked super dark and overcooked (almost burnt looking) or cooked in old grease. On top of that, they had nothing to drink! I mean literally, they had ran out of drinks. We Asked for water and they didn’t have any cups. I’m not making this up! On the upside.. the only good about the experience, the young lady running the front house was very polite and kind.
Needless to say, I would not patronize this establishment again. Best Goodnight

If you like spicy, this will not disappoint! Great flavor, fresh bread on the slider and super friendly service. Kenny took care of us from the moment we walked in. Rare for quick service restaurant. Would have liked to have some patio seating options, but was very clean and nice inside. And Kenny hooked it up with some lunch music for us over the speakers. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Was looking for Halal fast food options in the area. Came here after confirming Halal status on phone call. Got the single slider basket from here, along with curly fries and drink, part of their lunch offer, kept the heat at “Hot”. Was amazingly delicious. The staff is also very courteous and friendly. Would highly recommend this place for everyone.
