If you wanna spend 30 dollars for lettuce, cheese and sauce this is the Taco Bell for you! Didn’t even get the cheese for my chips OR my burrito for my luxe box.

No seasoning on my fries and the nacho cheese that came with it was half full, my other food tasted okay. Also there was cheese all over the outside of my stacker and the bag for some reason.

Every time we go here, we never get our full order. Always have to stop in the parking lot and make sure everything is correct. 9 times out of 10 it’s not. Don’t recommend this location. Go to a different one if you want quality service and people that get your order right.

After experiencing a number of a abysmal Taco Bells across the state my appreciation for this location has been magnified. Incredibly fast and despite going here almost bi-daily for a year straight have only experienced one major screw up which the app largely rectified. Might be biased as I live close by, but this is the best Taco Bell I’ve been to in the state

I didn’t spend a dime here, and I’m glad I didn’t. I walked in around 10:50 PM to order food and stood at the kiosk deciding what I wanted. While I was doing that, an employee in the background was loudly making rude comments—suggesting customers should go to another fast-food place like Burger King, complaining about being short-staffed, and then outright insulting the customer (me) without even looking over, calling me fat simply for trying to order food.
There was no rush and no line—just me—yet they acted inconvenienced by my presence. I’ve personally handled 30+ customers at once while being understaffed, so I fully understand what that’s like. This behavior had nothing to do with staffing and everything to do with unprofessionalism.
Absolutely unacceptable service. I would not recommend ordering from this location. They clearly don’t know how to run the place or treat customers with basic respect.

I was walking around town because I do not have a vehicle and happen to pass by this Taco Bell needed to use the restroom so I headed inside and asked to use the restroom for the key and was told that I needed to purchase something in order to use the restroom I did not feel welcome there which is well turn me off from even wanting to spend money there so I decided to leave and went to McDonald’s next door where I was allowed to use the restroom with no questions asked it is very disrespectful to deny somebody to use the restroom even when they’re about to urinate their self I will never come here again and I do not recommend anybody go there to this atmosphere and environment

This taco bell is full of very very confusing people, they NEVER get any special modifications right, I asked for no creamy jalapeno sauce on my quesadilla (that means no sauce at all for those wondering) and they put SOUR CREAM ON IT?!?!?! I’m convinced the place is just full of teenagers stoned out of their minds, also it’s only on half????? This feels like a twisted joke go to the one on Sherman or the one in fruitport they almost never get it wrong

This is the second time where my Crunchwrap Supreme has barely had anything inside. No nacho cheese, like I requested. No sour cream. I asked for rice instead of meat. Barely a tomato and lettuce. Just rice, tortilla, and the hard shell. It’s just not worth the money anymore. It’s a disappointment. Really skimpy food for the price.

My food was nasty. My 5 layer was just beans a little bit of cheese and loaded with sour cream even after I said “no sour cream “. My other food was also not what I asked for and did not taste good at all. Very disappointed

Chicken quesadilla and beefy crunchy hard taco.
Cooks were back there killing it and even greeted me once they noticed well the two ladies up front were talking. I appreciated the fact one cook announced I needed help making it blatantly obvious they were neglecting the front. To no surprise the food was great though so shout out to the back again. If you can’t handle Taco Bell your blood line is weak.
