I WANNA RATE A O!! this restaurant just trespassed my friends and i because we didn’t get all of our food.
my friend didn’t get most of his food and proceeded to ask for the food, NO REFUND!!! he just wanted what he ordered. the manager, Cody, was digging through our bag with no gloves, opening our tacos and yelling at us. he then called the police and got me and my friends trespassed from every taco bell location in cheyenne. we were finished with the police and our food look disgusting once we were able to eat..at least try to eat.

Had to return for a missing burrito. Churros and nuggets were burnt and barely edible. Taco meat tasted barely seasoned. Probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had. They did promptly give me the missing burrito and apologized when I returned for it.

This is the single worst restaurant in the entire town of cheyenne. Not one single employee cares about the quality of food they are putting out. Management clearly doesn’t care. You don’t consistently have issues unless it’s on Management. You’ve created a horrid culture here. Management needs to be fired. Corporate needs to get involved.

Went through the drive thru during dinner. I get it- it’s busy. They ask us to pull around the building and come in because they were ‘making fresh Cinnabons’. Even though it defeats the purpose of a drive thru- I went in to accommodate them because they’re busy. I go in and had to wait for a while for someone to hand me the food that was ready on the back counter. We go to eat, and the tacos I ordered are not what they gave me, so I go back to Taco Bell, back inside to get the right ones. The girl that took the order repeated back what was correct, but did not ring it in correctly. So the receipt wasn’t accurate, and I explained what happened to the guy. He talks to the manager who then refuses to make me the right tacos (they weren’t even right to what was on the receipt). Mind you we had to go back because there were 0 napkins or sauces in our bag regardless, and the Cinnabons that were ‘made fresh’ were lukewarm when we pulled them from the bag. This is the 3rd time something like this has happened at this location, and a simple remake of two tacos being refused is ridiculous. The customer service at this location is continually going downhill, along with the way the food is put together. Poor management.

Not worth the $ anymore. We got our order home we were missing items, and our burritos, tacos and chalupa hardly had any stuffing in them. My cheese sauce has only 1/4 full for the chips I didnt even get. So disappointed. Won’t be eating at this taco bell again.

Do not ever purchase food from this restaurant, I ordered the ultimate Luxe box… there is absolutely nothing ultimate or Luxe also if you’re going to call it a Box Meal it should probably come in a box not crammed into a small bag, both of the tacos each had a bout a spoonful of fillings total as in the meat the lettuce the onions the all of the fillings could have fit in a spoon it was like eating beef flavored tortilla chips that’s all you get is tortillas, the entire meal wouldn’t feed a 5-year-old, I stopped eating Taco Bell 20 years ago however tonight I thought I would give them a chance again, never again will I be paying $15 for 27 cents worth of food

The manager on duty at 12:30 PM by the name of Anthony: “Maybe you would have heard us call the name if it was less inappropriate.” The name we used was McDaddy.com as a funny joke. We did not hear our name after listening intently for 30 minutes. Walked up, the food was cold, we were like, fine, we’ll leave. In the car, we realized that they forgot the drink. Wouldn’t remake it until we realized that the drink was gone. The first part of his sentence says that they said our name. The second phrase communicates that we didn’t hear it because the name we used was “Inappropriate”. So they either said it very quietly or didn’t say it at all and just blamed us. We finally got a remake, and they intentionally squished all the tacos.

The bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor, and the sink was leaking very badly.

I actually used to work at that Taco Bell, I’m friends with Melissa, I’m friends with Danny, and I’m friends with Zach. I’ve worked for Border Foods for 2 years in both Laramie and Cheyenne, actually at this very restaurant. I understand that nasty customers exist, it’s possible that we should have waited at the counter instead of sitting down, but I don’t think that it’s too much to ask to sit down instead of standing around to wait, especially with that large of an order. All we wanted was food that wasn’t cold. I don’t know which employee it was that didn’t say our name, but it was a terrible, terrible experience. Thank you

Edit: In retrospect, several hours later, I definitely could have handled the situation better. If I had been meek and requested a remake more politely, it likely would have gone a lot better, and no escalation would have happened. I’ll upgrade this review to 2 stars because I didn’t act in the most respectable manner either. But it was still a bit of a disappointing interaction.

Imagine not being able to get an order right when it is on a screen in front of you. That is this Taco Bell.
I even made it easier and asked for no onions on 2 burritos, and there are onions on them. This is like the 5th time its happened at this same location.
Unbelievable.

Took 25 minutes to get my order and it was completely messed up and they acted like it was such an inconvenience to remake my food correctly and it’s not like I am very picky until it comes to ordering specific food due to my husband’s food allergies and the one food I asked for them not to put into it they put extra and that’s what my husband’s allergic to. So it’s not like I could have just ate it and been like okay. Maybe they were having a bad day. No it could have killed my husband.

To be completely honest the staff is always pleasant, but it’s really a gamble on whether or not the food is going to be decent. Sometimes it is, sometimes it is not. We were excited to try the new shredded beef grilled cheese taco and it was nothing like what’s pictured on the website, very little meat and the cheese was just stuck in the outside of the shell.. Also nothing beats a quesadilla with unmelted cheese! :/
