Me and two others came in and the second our waitress (Amanda) came up to our table she was very rude and seemed annoyed with us (she acted like this the entire time). When she took our drinks to us she basically slammed them on the table and threw our straws. At first we thought that it was because we were teenagers but then we talked to the table across from us and they said she was just as rude to them. Before we left we talked to the manager and he handled it very well which we appreciated a lot. The food was good but the atmosphere and service was not.

My dad and I went to get an early dinner, first day with power after the whole region was out. They had signs on the door saying limited help and limited menu. Wasn’t sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised, the service was amazing, friendly, fast, attentive. The food came out fast. It was fresh and hot and tasty. I originally was going to order nachos, but the waitress said they couldn’t do nachos or the bowls. That’s ok, I ordered my second choice oriental chicken salad, it a very good. I ordered a strawberry tea with extra strawberry, still would have liked it a little more berry taste. My dad ordered the chicken and shrimp. It came with mashed potatoes and lots of onions.

Some Applebee’s are better than others, and this one was great! We sat at a high-top table in the bar section so the bartender waited on us. She was very familiar with the menu, enough to get us the best deal on what we wanted. She picked my drink for me, Bahama Mama, and was spot on with my tastes! I gave her a business card of mine in case she needed a house built. Also, with ½off appetizers, our bill was unbelievably low! If you find yourself hungry or thirsty in West Branch, give it a try!

Decent service!! had to ask for drink refills not the end of the world!!! Atmosphere was decent, pretty clean location considering it was pretty steady there!!!! My biggest gripe is the quality of the food has definitely gone down hill. Sure the wings were pretty decent!!!! But the chicken used in the fajita chicken roll ups are definitely out of a bag you can taste that!!! Even the spinach dip wasn’t the quality I remember from years ago!!! The bar drinks were on point though definitely have to give a shout out to the bartender!!!! And the fries are always way over salted!!!!! Overall this spot is okay!!!! for the prices you need to go back to quality!!! This is my gripe with normal restaurants nowadays you are barely above fast food quality but yet charge more what happened to making food fresh!!!!! People will pay for fresh!!!!

Came here after three years with some of my friends for dinner at Applebee’s today. The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. A very good experience! Don’t let appearances fool you—the name may be divey, but the food is fantastic. This place is perfect for groups or a casual family night.

Had the 2 for 25 and it was amazing! Mozzarella stick appetizer was fresh and hot with good marinara sauce. The new chicken parm fettuccine was to die for, highly recommend Wife had oriental chicken salad and loved it said it was better then she had remembered. Very friendly staff and food came out fast. New regular restaurant for us from now on!!!
