I order online and they got a service charge on my credit card which is fine.But they put a note on my receipt about tipping tipping.It’s not an obligation.It’s actually an honor as somebody in customer service.I know how important tipping is, but for someone to put it on a receipt for a customer that’s how they’re going to lose customers.I am not very happy with this service

I walked in and the cook and waitress gave me disgusting looks because I’m clearly homeless. And kept making a big deal about that I ordered by making comments to each other. And disgusted looks towards me. Yall have video and audio. and still I was nice and polite and I left them a tip of 4.50 to split. So disreapectful. And juke box music is limited. So check music before adding money.

Wow, another low blow from waffle house… ♂️ I was grabbing the famous All Star and a Sausage, Egg, and cheese Bowl to go, and then I ask if they do military discount. The cook commented, saying, “I only give discount to police officers because their the only ones that matter..” first off I only came for a meal, and secondly the discount didn’t even mean that much to me. But for you to make that comment was very unprofessional and highly disrespectful and I told him as well. Later I go to eat my food and my waffle is under cooked and most of my meal was egg yall so he made sure their were shells. I hope everyone sees this smh… I’m posting the pictures also, sorry I was eating the bowl and the eggs (that’s how I found out about shells) and I didn’t touch my waffle (got as is)

Tried this location one Saturday morning. Friendly staff greeted us and we immediately got a table. Overall, the food and service were good. In fact, the eggs were cooked perfectly. However, I couldn’t give five stars because the waffle was undercooked and soggy. This was disappointing, especially since we had specifically asked for it to be well done and crispy.

I visited this place today 1/23/2022 and the customer service was great taking my order and inside to pick up. Got to work to eat and tried to cut my waffle and look at what’s in it…a top cooked right in the center ☹️ I so wanted to eat that waffle, my grits bowl was on point though lol!!
