Been waiting for over 3 weeks for a response. I received the wrong order with Lasagna. I have left voicemails and wrote into the Corporate Office in Lexington. They do not care. This location is usually on point. Could have been easily easily resolved with a refund. I received Meat Sauce which I do not eat instead of Marinara. Still no resolution. This place is a joke. This Company is a joke that does not care about their Guests. Owner below says his apologies once again…nobody apologized to start. This was an easy fix.

This was my first time visiting this location as part of a birthday party and I was very impressed by the quality of the food. It was very filling, tasted great, and was surprisingly cheap! The staff were friendly and the wait for the food was not long at all, despite being part of a large group order. I’d recommend anyone in the area to try this location out for some great Italian comfort food!

My favorite Fazoli’s! While the young lady shared with me I could only have 2 Bread sticks she corrected herself when she delivered my food and said because I was eating in the restaurant they were unlimited. They were hot and fresh so everything was great!

Wasn’t great. Spent over $30 for two meal deals – BF got the Grand Sampler and it came out lukewarm. Their meat sauce is very sweet (more like a pizza sauce) these days. I got the baked chicken broccoli penne, which wasn’t bad. Service was great both at the register and the table (we dined in), but the food is meh these days.

Fazoli’s offers great value for decent quality food. The classic sampler is enough food for more the one person honestly and tasted good. The pizza is normally good but depending on timing can be a bit dry/burnt. Breadsticks are tasty and similar to Olive Garden. Great lunch option

Food was good. It’s sad that the prices got so high.. Does not include pizza in the all you can eat pasta anymore. Service was great!

Tonight we got the baked sampler with lasagne, spaghetti and meatball and Alfredo noodles. This came with 2 breadsticks.
This was an exceptional value, as there was enough for both of us. They provided crushed red peppers and grated parmesan packets. This was pretty good for fast food!
I was amazed at the portion versus price point. I also would rate the spaghetti and Alfredo up there with Olive Garden so far as taste.
This location has a very friendly staff and the inside is very clean. They are proficient in the drive thru and their ladies room was very clean as well.
I will keep them in mind when I want a pasta dish fast- those breadsticks are always the best!!

Really good food especially for the price. $10 can get you full here, and $5 will get you everything you need for lunch. The food is quality and it comes to you quickly (unless a first time customer is in line in front of you lol). The restaurant stays clean and a lot of families bring children here.
