I’m a DoorDash driver, and went there earlier for an order. Then went back about 5 hours later for an order. The second time I went, the cashier said I forgot the drink the first time I went. Idk how it was the first time, but the second time I went, there was 17 minutes of the receipt being printed to the time I was there and picked the order up. Yet also the second time the drink wasn’t ready. Luckily he had the cup in his hand about to make it when I got to the counter. And he said he told me to wait for the drink earlier. I never heard that! I can’t remember if it said verify drink or not, yet the customer didn’t say anything about it me forgetting it. To the customer, if I forgot the drink, I’m sorry. And to the cashier, it is so much easier and less annoying to have everything together either before you hand it to me than to hand over the bag and then say, “Let me get the drink.” 99.9% of the places I go to will hand me everything all at once. The pictures are for when I got there and when the receipt was printed the second time. Plenty of time to get the drink ready

I’m trying to stay positive, and it’s difficult to do with SO many things that I found disturbing about my visit to this restaurant. First, the employees were singing Jamaican music the entire time. And it didn’t matter if you were ordering or trying to get their attention. The drink area was a hot mess, not to mention the entire seating area. Would not recommend this location, save your money and go elsewhere. Rate three out of five stars.

I order 24 bone-in wings, with lemon pepper. First i order my food 30 minutes prior before my arrival. Then when I got to the restaurant, the cashier was very nice and told me my order is not ready. No problem I understand the restaurant business can get hectic sometimes, when order was ready for pick, i assume they had my right order of wings. I can truly say we was heart broken about my purchase of wings with lemon pepper. They gave us 24 regular wings, no lemon pepper rub on the wings. But it was late and did not want to drive back. But that is wrong to serve a customer items that was not proper to the customer ordering,. And something for a customer to experience when they home . I am asking can someone at the restaurant make sure or double check the items that the customers order are correct, Thank you.

The Jamaican lady running the drive thru ruined my experience, she got my order completely wrong (I ordered a 3 tenders meal and received only 1 chicken breast in a box) she also rushed me when it wasn’t even busy, as well as DUMPING my change on the ground and getting angry at me for not sticking my hand out in time to catch it. She then said it “wasn’t that much” and refused to give me the correct change. The singular chicken breast was delectable but I will not be eating here again until the Jamaican lady loses her attitude or her job.

This was seriously the craziest visit ever. After pay 18.00 and a pmw change for 3 tenders and a regular order of . The shrimp was so hard I couldn’t eat it. Like seriously rock hard. I returned to the counter and asked for fresh shrimp. The lady was obviously upset I asked for new shrimp she didn’t say a word her face said it all. I returned to my table with my ear buds in. Then a customer came up to and tapped me on the shoulder to let me know they were literally yelling at me to come get my shrimp. No extradition the whole place only had 5 customers. Not one customer at the counter. Then I said thank you she rolled her eyes and said sure as she walked away. This is the real reason places go out of business. If you hate your job get a new one. But dont treat people like crap because they expect you to do the job you signed up to do

Ordered 2 dinners at drive- thru . Popcorn shrimp one with coke and one with a tea. Received 2 sweet teas and the dinners over cooked so badly we couldn’t even bite the shrimp and the amounts seemed hardly like a full order in my opinion and the pictures don’t lie. I’m do e with Popeyes period. It’s not just this location I’ve had bad in several states period.

Popeyes has never been the same after Al left, even more so now that BK took over… They need to drop the new orleans theme, what they represent now is garbage. Popeyes only sells seasoned chicken now, corporate greed has ruined the brand.
