I recently visited Hyderabad biryani pot for their buffet and walked away very impressed. The spread is a fantastic mix of traditional South Indian staples and some surprising “fusion” twists that live up to the name.

The Highlights: The Gobi Manchurian had the perfect crunch, and the Paneer Tikka was incredibly fresh.

The Vibe: Casual and welcoming—perfect for a big family lunch or a hungry group of friends.

Pro Tip: Don’t skip the live dosa station if it’s running; getting them hot and crispy at the table is a game-changer.

Overall, great value for the price and the service was attentive despite the Sunday rush. Will definitely be back!

I recently visited Hyderabad Biryani Pot for their buffet, and I must say—it was an absolute treat for anyone who loves authentic Indian flavors! The variety was impressive, with a great mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The biryani, of course, was the star of the show—flavorful, aromatic, and perfectly cooked with tender pieces of meat.

The starters were fresh and well-seasoned, especially the tandoori chicken and paneer tikka. The curries had rich gravies and the spice level was just right. I also appreciated the live dosa station and fresh naan being served hot to the table.

The dessert section had a nice mix too—gulab jamun, kheer, and some fusion sweets that rounded off the meal beautifully.

The ambiance was clean and welcoming, and the staff was polite and attentive throughout our visit. Overall, it was a great dining experience that I’d highly recommend for anyone craving flavorful Indian food in a buffet setting.10/10

If you’re craving authentic Hyderabadi flavors, Hyderabad Biryani Pot delivers an amazing buffet experience that truly hits the spot. The variety is impressive — from aromatic biryanis and flavorful curries to freshly prepared appetizers and traditional desserts, everything is packed with rich spices and satisfying taste.

The buffet food was like goat dum biryani is a must-try — tender, well-marinated meat cooked with long-grain rice and just the right amount of spice. The buffet also offers a great selection of veg and non-veg options, including tasty starters like chicken 65, tandoori wings, and crispy pakoras.

The ambience is clean and comfortable, and the staff is attentive, polite, and quick to refill dishes. Whether you’re visiting for lunch or dinner, the service is consistently warm and welcoming.

Perfect for family outings, casual get-togethers, or if you’re just in the mood for a hearty Indian meal. Great value for money and truly a treat for anyone who loves South Indian and Mughlai cuisine.

The buffet at Hyderabad Biryani Pot is a flavorful journey through the heart of Hyderabadi cuisine. The star of the spread is, of course, the authentic Hyderabadi biryani — perfectly cooked basmati rice layered with juicy meat and rich spices, just the way it should be.

Alongside the biryani, the buffet includes a great variety of dishes like spicy curries, tangy appetizers, vegetarian delights, and freshly made naan. The flavors are bold, the food is always hot and fresh, and there’s something for everyone. Their desserts, especially the double ka meetha and gulab jamun, are a sweet ending to a satisfying meal.

The atmosphere is casual and family-friendly, and the staff are polite and attentive. If you’re a fan of Hyderabadi food, this buffet is definitely worth trying.

Tried the biryani here and was thoroughly disappointed — it’s more like tomato bath than actual biryani. As for the boneless chicken, most pieces were just batter with barely any meat. I had already heard similar complaints from friends, but gave it a try anyway. Big mistake.

To make matters worse, when I called to share my feedback, the response was dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the issue, I was told they’re “No. 1 in the valley.” That kind of attitude says it all.

Save your money and appetite — there are far better options around.

Had lunch buffet on 09/02. Lots of variety..

Kirkland water bottles, Salad, Papad, naan, butter chicken, mutton curry, gongura chicken, chicken kabab, chicken 65, 3 varieties of chutney,
chicken pepper fry, dahi vada, aloo tikka, veg555, ghee upma, curd rice, white rice, veg fried rice, tomato rasam, veg biryani, shrimp pulao, dall, chat, fruit salad, brownies, payasam, bread halwa, chef special cake, besan laddu, cake puff, jelly cup….

Chefs special cake was horrible bad smell

Horrible taste. Random color rice for biryani and shrimp pulao. They quoted best dum biryani in USA as if like no one tasted biryani.

Two things – Aloo tikka and bread halwa tastes good on 09/02

The chicken 65 Biryani was bland and chicken was either stale or boiled … Salan was sub par . The Fried was good .. but if I wanted mediocrity I would rather cook myself or look in the mirror..

I ordered Chicken 65 Boneless Biryani through Uber Eats. The delivery was smooth, and the driver was super nice, no complaints there. But when I opened the box, I was really disappointed. The biryani had two big lemon slices, one egg, and rice. I actually had to double-check if I even ordered chicken biryani.

I started digging through the rice with a fork and barely found two tiny pieces of chicken. For something labeled “Chicken 65 Boneless Biryani,” this was really underwhelming. The taste didn’t resemble chicken biryani at all- it was more like plain rice with a few extras thrown in. Overall, not worth the price or the hype. Definitely expected better.
