Finally a Wendy’s in South Bloomfield that puts Grove City on 665 and Circleville to shame when it comes to service . The manager name Josh was very understanding when I talked to him about past experiences with the other locations. He said if I ever have any issues with service or my order , he would personally make it right . I spent about $70 this evening on food for my family and two grandkids to enjoy. He even helped me carry my food to the car . Thank you to your manager . Now I’m waiting for the new Frosty key tags to come in

Got 2 baconators and there was very little bacon on it.. Them things are almost $8.00 there is supposed to be back on both layers and there was very little on the top patty and that’s it. It was fresh though. I always go here.. It’s a good place but they always seem to mess up my order or just not give what is paid for..

If I could give it zero stars I would. It was close to closing time, but they were definitely still open, and I was trying to pick up an order that I needed to deliver. I sat in the drive thru for 11 minutes while they ignored me. I saw a manager come out of the building, and then go back inside. They finally turned off the lights, still not acknowledging that I was there, but I heard one of the employees say something about there being an order, and then walk away swearing. Clearly, they messed up, but just didn’t want to acknowledge it. The manager and several employees saw me at various times while they were STILL OPEN, and said nothing. This place is a joke.

My daughter just went through the drive thru, she ordered a chicken sandwich combo. When she got home and checked the sandwich it had stale pickles on it.
We have been to this restaurant a few times and it’s the worst I’ve ever been to. The food is terrible, the service is so so and the wait is so long we have left. I would recommend taking the extra time and finding somewhere else to eat.

Came in today. Order was wrong. Was supposed to get 3 medium fry’s and they gave us 3 smalls. I went in. They were super NICE! (Not the chick at the window) but the manager (I’m assuming) and the lady at the register inside was phenomenal! So very nice! They even gave us free Frostys! That’s customer service!!
