This is one of the worst locations. This is only my third time ordering here. However, I ordered on the app and I did not know this was the location.
My coffee was dark and stale, and did not come with whipped cream at all
It did not taste fresh I get my drink made the same way and the same drink every time so I know how it’s supposed to look and taste .
They need to do better when making peoples drinks .

It’ very frustrating that the restroom is locked with a code you have to ask for. When I request the code for the restroom I am consistently met with an attitude of some kind. One time a lady even asked me if I had ordered yet… That’s the first thing she said when I asked for the restroom code… she just said did you order yet? I understand that you are only allowing your customers to use the restroom but I come in here everyday and yes I had actually just ordered. Most of the time the staff doesn’t even know the code for the restroom or they get upset with you for asking? Or are they question if you’re allowed to be in there…There’s definitely a way to be nicer about it though, and none of the staff seems to know how to do that. If you don’t want the responsibility of having to remember a bathroom code and pass it along to your customers then you shouldn’t put one on the front door. It sets a very weird tone and precedent for the whole restaurant, when I can’t just go use the restroom and I have to ask for a code that’s six digits long.
And now on to the drinks …
It is very odd that the drinks are consistently made wrong here.
I have had to ask for my drink to be corrected and instead of remaking it like every other Starbucks does the lady offered to put two pumps of flavor in a cup and tried to offer it to me…?
This is not how Starbucks operates
Every other Starbucks. If my drink is made wrong and I go ask for it to be remade they just remake it for me
Instead I got questioned on how I want my drink made as if I didn’t know what I was talking about.
I get the same drink every single day, sometimes twice a day and something was off about it. So I asked for it to be remade and instead they wanted to hand me two pumps of flavor in a cup..
I said no thank you and asked again for it to be remade. It was really awkward.
Upon watching the barista remake my drink, I realized the reason that it wasn’t made correctly is because she did not put the correct amount of shots in it
I ordered a brown sugar cortado and it has three shots of espresso and a light amount steamed oat milk
This lady put one shot of espresso and filled the entire cup up with steamed oat milk
That’s why my drink tasted off
That’s why it was so weak
I thought it was because they forgot to put cinnamon and brown sugar in it
It’s because she just didn’t even give me the whole drink
I feel ripped off…
I’ve been putting off writing this review for a while and hoping every time that the next time I go back it will get better but it seems to just get worse every time
I really hope the Starbucks can make some improvements
The location is awful to begin with so when you add on top the fact that the staff is very rude and they consistently mess up your drinks. I’m going to have to start considering going to somewhere else because I really don’t want to waste my money
This really disappoints I am a loyal Starbucks customer and I will go to Starbucks everyday
You guys really need to step up your game
There are other starbucks’s close by and they are really really good
You should learn from them and what they are doing

I ordered a peppermint latte by mistake and I meant to order it iced. I acknowledged my mistake and was just going to drink the coffee as is! The customer service rep was incredibly kind and offered to make it over! The full staff was amazing!!

I wish they were pressuring the staff to be so fast. It’s giving McDonald’s vibes. They are hand making espresso, the right way. My latte wasn’t steamed through properly and that was disappointing. The early morning staff is always so polite and accommodating.

So I order from this Starbucks pretty frequently and I give them grace because they’re one of the few Starbucks in the area. However, routinely they make the drinks incorrectly and pretty bad, I believe their baristas just lack skill. Today I made the mistake of sitting inside this empty Starbucks and was quickly reminded of their new policy that I must purchase something to sit. I had every intention of purchasing a drink but did leave because the approach was off and their lack of customer service overall. Won’t be returning, and if you have the extra time I recommend Koffee Paradise up the road. They have a drive thru as well.

Ehynocence Gave the absolute best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I really appreciate when an employee makes the customer feel comfortable and welcomed. She displayed patience and was happy to assist me in every way she could.!! My experience today definitely will be the reason that this Starbucks location will now be my favorite… Thank you again Ehynocence…❤️ And thank you Starbucks for hiring such an awesome person.!!
