Food is always good, would never call it great. Service usually is fast. Not today. The line was already taking forever, and I’m already hangry but then the cashier was talking to a customer in a car at a drive through window for over 5 minutes (I eavesdropped, it wasn’t work related lol) Left her window, the pay window, to follow the car to the second window and continue the conversation she was having. Clearly it was more important than the line of cars wrapped around the building. And the other workers were also irritated, I eavesdropped on that too. I want to keep it very clear that is not their usual service and I hope the lady who was supposed to be cashiering gets banished to work in the kitchen since she thinks little boys are so distracting.

My first trip to a Raising Cane’s! Overall it was good. I had the 3 piece chicken tender deal with fries and a lemonade drink. We were greeted by the counter staff and she was friendly and helpful. Tabletop & seating could have been a little cleaner. Took forever to get my meal and I thought – well, I don’t mind waiting for HOT food, but the chicken was just warm…eatable, but not hot. I liked the French fries and the lemonade was really good. I don’t have a Raising Cane’s near my home, but this experience will not keep me from going back again for a second chance.

I was curious to see how this chicken tender restaurant was like so I went here for dinner. The inside was bustling with many customers. I ordered the 3 piece chicken tender combo that came with fries, toast and a drink. Service was good for the most part. As for the tenders, they were breaded well and juicy with a seasoning that was similar to fried chicken which made it stand out from other chicken tender eateries I’ve been to. The side items were alright nothing extra to add. I did found it nice that they had memorabilia on the wall of the City of Buford and its notable accomplishments. Overall a nice experience.

Food is pretty good and service is normally fast and friendly. I’ve been coming since this location opened, probably once every couple months. The service has definitely gotten faster but I feel like the quality has dropped a bit. The chicken tenders I get aren’t as large as they used to be, and the serving of fries has been smaller. That said, the food is still delicious.
One thing I’m still unhappy about is the Dr. Pepper. Somehow the Dr. Pepper here always tastes like it has half the flavor of a normal one. This is especially disappointing given the carbonation is the perfect level. But overall this is still one of my favorite fried chicken spots.

Chicken is crisp and moist on the inside. Fries were good. The coleslaw was good. Had the three pice finger dinner. Comes with a drink for $10.99. The bread is really good. Definitely fast food and the place is packed. The parking is tricky due to the long drive through lines. We did get a table inside.

We love eating at Cane’s. We ordered our food from a friendly young man at the register. As soon as we filled our drinks at the beverage machine, our food was ready. We were in and out in 15 minutes. The atmosphere was welcoming and families were sitting inside eating. We took our food home to eat.

Our first impression of the location was that it was loud. The parking lot was filled with some Fast and Furious wannabes who sat in the parking lot and revved their engines all at once. It was about 10 cars, minimum. We couldn’t place our order because if the noise. We had to wait until they paraded out giving their cars as much gas as they could. The ordering process was smooth. The menu is not expansive from what I could see. The food looked really appetizing. The visuals were on point but I fould it did not add up in seasoning. My son was impressed and he kept comparing it to Guthries. He like it better than Guthries. I did not. It’s not horrible, but it’s not somewhere that I have to return to. The cole slaw tastes like nothing. The tenders needed seasoning. The fries were okay. Probably the best thing on the plate. The bread looked good but it didn’t have a distinct taste. I like the texture. The drink was fresh. The honey mustard was too sweet. The Cane sauce is a no for me, but better than Zax sauce, which I despise. It’s worth a try. I’m not against, but I’m not a raving fan either. I’m also not against trying another location.

First time visit at this location. I’ve been to other locations in Florida and Louisiana.
The drive through here at 1030pm was very busy. The line went at a decent pace.
Once I got to the pickup window (also the pay window) the guy working there didn’t seem to know how to apply military discounts or enter Caniac Card information.
The female manager came to the window and talked extremely fast. She said the Caniac Card doesn’t do anything anymore and said my Caniac Card was an invalid number. I was on the website where it showed my Caniac Card was active and showed the number. She didn’t know how to get the number in (not sure she tried or was trying to just get me out of the drive through line)
As soon as and told me my card doesn’t matter and it does nothing for me she closed the window and walked away
I guess the question of the day is… If my online carniac account says I have 13 visits, why are they noting that on my account if it doesn’t matter?
The food was warm and good though and I thank Canes for offering the military discount.

This place was packed crowded, and there may not have been enough staff to make sure that the dining room remained clean despite the crowd.
I grabbed some napkins to clean off a table as best I could so that we could have a clean place to eat.
The the 3 Fingers Box was more than enough food to fill me up.
The food was good, but the Sweet Tea & Lemonade and the servers were excellent.
Would I return to Raising Cane’s?
Maybe, but in my humble opinion, Zaxby’s is better.
